It was so much fun, memorable tour and worth every penny. Highly recommend! As beginners to fishing our guide (Utsav) was very accommodating and patient in explaining the steps in fishing. We were also provided with the appropriate clothing and gears. The trail going to the fishing site although tricky was memorable including our dinner on the island. There were some mosquitoes but the insect repellent was helpful. Even if we weren’t able to caught a fish, we still get to enjoy the activity, the quiet and beautiful scenery.

It is our second time to visit Lapland in Rovaniemi. The ATV experience is so excited. My kid at 6 years old is lucky to join with the tour. From the 3 hours trip, we can experience how beautiful of the foress. We are very much appreciated the service from the team of Lapland Welcome. Their hospitality takeing care of us are fabulous, particularly our guide Mr. UTSAV who provided professional service on us as well extra take care of my little kid. It is much appreciated!! So, we have to say thank you for his great service. We definitely will come again and join their tours in January 2025.

Great adventure and service! I traveled to Rovaniemi solo and was taken care of extremely well. The ATV adventure and reindeer farm were great fun, and the trip to see Santa Claus was a hoot. I recommend the agency highly.

Very good, very interesting adventures, and Utsav, guide is very good and professional, he loves nature and with him your tour will be unforgettable and unbelievable, ATV safari, hiking, paddling, fishing, and moose safari is much better with Utsav!

We made a midnight sun tour with Lapland Welcome and Anthony, the guide, was awesome! It was a little bit shadowy but the place was incredible and the guide was a witty and gentle person. I recommend the tour

Wow. If travelling to Rovaniemi in Autumn or Summer this is a must do. Anthony is very knowledgeable. You’re driven to the area, then it’s about an easy picturesque walk for about 30 minutes. The view is amazing and you can never tire of it. I enjoyed the snack that was provided after we watched the sunset. They drop you off to your hotel afterwards (around 0230).

Really an amazing experience trip to the Santa village, no rush of course as off season so get to meet Santa and have a nice chat with him. Crossed the artic circle line and got a certificate on it. Utsav from lapland tours was a great guide and enjoyed the morning to afternoon excursion. Recomment it highly. Send a post card, bought some circular playing cards from the Santa's post office.

This company and owner are FRAUDS. It’s more than a month since we took this tour and are back to Dubai also. I have been following up since 11th March every single day since two weeks asking them to share the pictures that were taken on their DSLR. 1st they said that the pictures have come blurry. Then they share some of their existing pictures which are already posted on Instagram. Then the they sent some other groups pictures. Trip advisor has awarded them some most photogenic award. I think you should review it and take back the award. ITS the WORST Tour company in Roveniemi LAP - T64275081 BR-1113126025

I wish I had read all the reviews before making this booking. All the bad reviews are true . They are not worth it . They will say it’s a small tour but in actual they will stuff a lot of people on 2 buses and take you a lane owned by company . Which is bit further away from North hence reduced the chance of seeing lights . . Made no effort whatsoever to chase the lights or to time it properly . There were brilliant lights around that time and all other tours saw them and we were unlucky and got stuck with them .

10/10.. excellent guide. Very particular about safety and gave clear instructions on that aspect. We were two couples and I had my young daughter 9 years old on the tour. She was made comfortable on the sledge. We were offered comfortable and appropriate clothing to make the whole tour cold friendly. Enjoyed the whole ride as both got to try our hand on snow mobile. Through the wilderness and beautiful surroundings, one must experience!!! Finished off with a camp fire and comfort food.

What an amazing trip 2 massive days on a snowmobile, over 100km each day, some driving quite easy, at other times very challenging, learnt so much, Sami, thank you so much! Stayed overnight at a great hotel with a sauna, food was great, nothing but positive feedback Not for the faint hearted by if you like adventure this is for you...I was so impressed I'm thinking about coming back and maybe doing a 5-6 day adventure

Weather in Rovaniemi was extremely cloudy and snowing. We decided anyway to proceed without any hope. Our guide Shoja studied weather condition using many satellite images and found a location suitable to catch northern lights. After 2.5 hours driving under the clouds we found ourself in the middle of nowhere under an incredible sky full of stars, and suddenly northern lights appeared in front of us. Shoja is a professional photograph and made amazing pictures of all of us. Thanks again Lapland Welcome for this amazing experience
