The scenery and safari through the forest was so peaceful and serene. It was a long enough ride before we spent time feeding these beautiful animals. It was an amazing experience.

Our group had a great time with thedriver and tour guide Tuomas. He explained everything to us in details ranging from time and place to meet to Santa Claus Village history. this tour included "to meet Santa" since tickets are required for now ofr this event. the only thing I wish this tour can do more is to take tourists to some other places in Rovaniemi.

Both sites clearly cared very well for the welfare of their animals. Reindeer place super well organised, slickly run (without us ever feeling rushed), fun and informative guide who's a 4th generation reindeer farmer. Husky visit also lovely, well organised by the owner who clearly absolutely loves her dogs; but more rushed (see below). Confirmation and communication beforehand about pick-up point/time etc. was clear. It all boded well. My principal concern is Easy Travel's organisation of the trip. Supposed to start at 0930, and with a stated running time of 2.5 - 3 hours (their own website) it was reasonable for us to expect to be back in Rovaniemi somewhere around 1300. This was important to us as we intended to have lunch in town, maybe catch a bit more at Arktikum before heading out to the airport for our flight home (not til 1800, we left a very healthy margin of error). I'd assumed we'd go straight from the reindeer location to the huskies location. BIG mistake. After visiting the reindeeer place, we went back into Rovaniemi to drop off some people. Then we spent the next 50 mins stuck in the coach as it drove round Rovaniemi picking up other passengers. We then drove back out of Rovaniemi again for 45 minutes to reach the huskies location. We didn't even arrive there until after the time we should have been in Rovaniemi! I really felt for the families with young children, stuck on the bus for over an hour and a half. It felt very rushed at the huskies location as the well-meaning and friendly Easy Travel tour guide tried to herd us (best word I can use) through the two main activities before the other large tour group which arrived shortly after us. Simple things which could have been organised in advance (like dividing our group into 4s for the husky sleigh ride) ended up slightly chaotic as the husky place woman was left to do this on her own (maybe the Easy Travel guide could have helped??). Then back on the bus to head back to Rovaniemi. By this point it was clear we wouldn't be back in town til around 1500. 20 minutes or so either way I could have understood. *Two hours late*?! THAT IS NOT OKAY! People on that coach would have had plans for the rest of the day. I feel it's down to a lack of professional planning and organisation on the part of the company, and I feel it's a failure on their part to care enough about their customers to communicate effectively with them. Even if they had to make last minute changes (I see from the reviews that this is not the first time it has happened), the Easy Travel guide should have informed everyone at the outset. (She did seem to be talking through the schedule at one point, but was speaking too quitely for us halfway down the bus to hear. If she did mention the much later finish time, we didn't hear). For us, we ended up having to get off at Santa Claus Park and get the bus from there straight to the airport; we couldn't risk staying on the bus into town then riding round for 45 minutes again whilst trying to work out which of its (doubtless many) stops would be best. So our plans for a relaxed meal and a bit more pottering around town went out of the window; a disappointing and slightly stressed end to what - with better organisation & communication - could have been a lovely and seamless trip. If you put timings on your website they need to be reasonably accurate, because people rely on them. Had we known in advance how the timings were actually going to work, we would not have booked this trip

The guide was super (sorry i dont remember the name ) .She gave us suoer information . The ride was super as well and very relxing

The reindeer experience was wonderful, but I would never recommend this company! Upon boarding bus we were told we were on a tight schedule to make husky ride. However, after reindeer experience we spent over an hour dropping off people and picking up new folks from around town. Then drove over 45 minutes for the husky to cancel the tour because we were so late. So we wasted an entire vacation day riding around on a bus and now all husky tours are full! This was the ONE experience we wanted most and now missing out the whole trip! Definitely go with another more reputable company.

Where to begin?! This was a perfectly organised experience where we had the opportunity to both ride and drive husky-led sleds before meeting dozens of beautiful and friendly dogs. Following this, it was a ~20mn drive to the reindeer farm, where we shared a sled between 2 of us and were pulled by a reindeer around a frozen lake. We were then lucky enough to spend some time with a Saami woman who shared elements of her culture - including folk songs and traditional dress - with us. These were a fantastic few hours and I could not recommend them more.

Best experience of our entire trip to Lapland, Danni our tour guide was a legend and so good with the kids! We had the nicest time visiting the reindeer farm and then the husky farm. Beautiful family run businesses which were truly authentic. Animals very well cared for.

Magical experience - loved every single second! We did this trip two adults and two children (aged 8 and 6). Our tour guide and the people running the trip were amazing throughout, thank you!

This was an incredible experience, especially doing both activities in one! Max was an excellent guide, very comfortable transportation and service and helped capture in photos too. Both locations were more local run and incorporated the heritage of Sami culture and animals all very sweet. Thank you for this wonderful day!

Highly recommended. Everything was amazing. Lovely people and very helpful, we had so much fun with the reindeers and huskies.

A wonderful experience with the Huskies, loved every minute but the ride was quite short for the money paid. The reindeer slay ride was also very good, the Sami guid gave a talk & sang her Sami song for the group

A really well organised experience for the family, picked up on time and taken first to a Reindeer Farm in the middle of the Finnish forests, met and greeted by our local guide and explained the itinerary. We then had a sleigh ride through the forest before feeding the reindeer. Children loved every minute. Following the experience we then heading in for a hot drink and biscuit whilst being told information about the reindeer and how they are managed and looked after. Once this ended we were then taken back to Santas Village where we had our husky experience, we were taken straight to the sledges and were straight into our ride (no waiting) the kids loved this, Even taking what they learnt and pretending they were huskies mushers. Following our ride through the forests we then headed back for a talk from one of the handlers who was very informative and engaging. Here we got a warm drink around an open fire. After this to end we were then left to explore and meet the huskies at our leisure. The kids loved being able to pet some of the dogs and meet them close up. It was a great experience and one I would definitely recommend. Special mention for our guide Alex who was always willing to chat and offer his knowledge not only about our tour but others too, including places to go and see the northern lights etc. Children aged 5 & 9 and were engaged and excited throughout.

Wow what a fantastic afternoon! Wonderful to have a sleigh ride with the sun setting, and to be able to feed them! We got to learn about the reindeers in a cosy hut with a warm drink and biscuits. Our guide, Alex, was wonderfully helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great experience.
