The company had the address I needed to be transported to and took my monies, a week prior to my trip. The day I am flying out...when I am boarding my plane, I get an email from Europeshuttle stating I must agree to pay more money and that my transport will not be confirmed if I don't pay more moneyl. I booked through Expedia so I quickly called them and they stated I could not cancel because it was less than 24hrs before the requested transport. This is extortion where I come from...extortion is not a good business practice folks! They have my money still, but I will continue to fight this. I did not mis-inform them...they dropped me.Written March 6, 2020
