      Great for Food-curious People
Many different foods were available to try, so many that we would not choose on our own! If you are gluten-free or have other food restrictions, they are able to accommodate you, but you should be open and curious about other cuisines to get the most out of this tour. Theresa was very good and engaging. She is a lifelong resident of the area, so she is knowledgeable about many things happening around the location. Even though there were several "difficult" patrons on our tour, she made every effort to accommodate them. There is quite a bit of walking through very busy areas, so it may not be suitable for people who are not willing or able to walk far.

      Just okay
We learnt some things about the old town and the history in general. If I compare it to other tours, it lacked pzazz and humour. Also I booked it as it was described as imaginative taking us back in time with story telling. This tour fell short of that. Let’s just say the young woman did her best but it wasn’t memorable in any way, unlike other tours we’ve done. I’m not sure she was feeling her best so maybe we didn’t get her best. Nothing personal just honest.

      Excellent Taste of Stockholm
Excellent tour. We were a group of 15 (Danish, American, Australian). Mainly middle aged plus my 18 year old daughter. Guide was called Katan (sp?). He was both informative and entertaining. I thought the program and food choice was excellent. Don't think I'll ever be eating the explosive laced licorice or the moose heart charcuterie any time soon, although I was glad to try it. We ended the tour at a beautiful cafe in the historic part of Stockholm, in a private dining room that had been laid out with candles and proper table ware and we all enjoyed a pastry and some coffee and water. Would highly highly recommend this tour and the guide. 10/10. It was the best thing we did in Stockholm.

      Enjoyable
Tour guide showed ahead of time, and we started right on time... Had quite a few tastings and enjoyed all of it... The walk was great (if you enjoy walking) and ended at old town... Compared to what was advertised it lasted about 2 hrs 45 mins compared to the 4 hrs ; but our group didn't ask a lot of questions so after each tasting we kind of just moved to the next one... Our guide was very knowledgeable and good sense of humor... I recommend it to get a taste of Sweden if not familiar with it.

      Old Town in a nutshell.
A well presented old town tour that covered the history of the area and its’ buildings/people. Alice was an excellent guide who responded well to questions in addition to passing along suggestions for an afternoon lunch or dinner. Would highly recommend the tour which keeps the group to a small number. Only four of us on this particular two hour trip.

      Must do trip in Stockholm.
Excellent tour de force of all types of Swedish gastronomy from reindeer, mouse, bear, multiple types of sea food, meat balls, licorice related candy, and coffee with cinnamon bun. Thoroughly enjoyed the food trip that was expertly conducted by Valentina.

A good sampling of Swedish cuisine
The tour gave a very good sampling of Swedish cuisine. Our guide was unfortunately quite soft-spoken and, when prompted, he would provide information but overall, somewhat sparse on info. Our tour was supposed to last four hours but ended abruptly at three hours and 15 minutes when the tour guide left. I've taken a lot of tours, and unfortunately, this particular tour guide was not as well-suited to give a proper tour. That being said, we really did enjoy the experience overall, and met a lot of good people and sampled some excellent Swedish cuisine so it was not a loss. I've just had much more dynamic tour guides than this particular experience. It may have been better if we were equipped with listening devices to be able to capture the experience a little more robustly. And a bit more enthusiasm on the part of the guide would have been appreciated.

A great way to “eat through Stockholm”
Koton (spelling?) was an amazing guide. He provided a lot of great background info about the various dishes. I really enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend. A great introduction to Stockholm and Swedish cuisine.

      Girls trip to Stockholm
We did the food tour on 5/21. Our tour guide was fun and informative. Tour was accommodating of our gluten free needs and we were able to eat most things. We enjoyed the walks to the 3 different locations as our guide stopped to point out historical and cultural relevance of many Stockholm landmarks. We also got a great layout of how the different areas are connected. Not sure I would have tried reindeer or bear if not for the tour, but also enjoyed the other Swedish dishes. Would recommend.

      Yum!
We had a great time and our guide Cotton was very good but at times it was difficult to hear. He not only gave us food info but Swedish & Stockholm info too.

      Wonderful experience for adventurous diners!
A great way to sample many cheeses, meats, seafood and candies—our favorite part was the Swedish meatballs & Fika with cardamom sweet rolls. There was a lot of walking which was harder for my mom after a day filled with sightseeing in our feet before the food tour.

      A very big tour
We always try to do a good tour when in a city to get an insight to the local delicacy. We enjoyed this tour but the group was way too big ! 20 of us making it quite difficult for us hear everything g at each stop. Our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable and I’m sure wasn’t responsible for the group size but we were disappointed overall.

We had only two days in Stockholm and this tour really helped speed things up sightseeing-wise. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the city and its history. My husband and I both agree that going on this tour was a great choice and the wooden bikes are just awesome.
They also allow next-day bookings, which is really helpful when you only have a couple of days in a city and didn't plan your tours ahead.

We absolutely loved our time taking the wooden bike tour! It was the first thing we did in Stockholm and gave us a great understanding of the city thanks to our amazing guide, Sophie! The sites were beautiful and was fun to ride a bike again.

This was an awesome tour. We saw a good portion of the city along with getting some exercise. The bikes were quite unique, yet easy to ride. The gears shifted automatically. People walking about town made comments on the unique bikes. We had a great guide who answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.

I appreciated this tour because you saw the popular touristy areas as well as some “off the beaten path.” Excellent summary of fun things to do in Stockholm.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Darwin. He shared his love for the city, and we got a great, comprehensive look at Stockholm. Darwin did a great job of engaging in the group in discussions about culture , history, and life in Sweden. Because we were on bikes, we covered a lot of area quickly.

The wooden bikes were fascinating, and we attracted many looks from bystanders. The bikes were extremely comfortable and rode easily.

Highly recommend this tour anyone visiting Stockholm.

What a delightful way to get to know Stockholm! The bikes are amazing. Very comfortable and easy to use. Perfect Swedish design. Our guide, Darwin, was kind and knowledgeable. The pace was perfect. We experienced history and nature traveling from island to island. Plus it was fun to be on such beautiful unique bikes.

First of all, I love biking. This is a great way to see all the sites quickly when you arrive. Then you know where everything is and the lay of the land so to speak so you can return later and spend more time there. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend this tour!!

This was a great tour! It was such a lovely and ACTIVE way to get an overview of Stockholm. Our guide was terrific and able to answer questions (and allowed us to stop for photos) along the way. We covered a lot of ground, both touristy areas and some other places a bit more off the beaten path. The tour lasted about 2 hours, with one stop for a snack/restrooms, so it didn't feel at all rushed. The wooden bikes were delightful and made a splash amongst locals who spied us along the way. I highly recommend taking the tour - probably best at the beginning of your visit... but might also work as a nice wrap up to your travels around Stockholm.
