Awesome tour and top notch customer service. With several questions prior to booking and after, I always received a quick and friendly response. Our guide Luke was excellent at giving us enough details to determine the places we wanted to explore further and taking the tour on our first of 4 days in Copenhagen was perfect. Luke was very knowledgeable about the history of Copenhagen and gave us excellent recommendations for dinners and other places to explore as well. He guided us through the busy cycling infrastructure of the town without problem. The bikes were in excellent condition and comfortable. Personally, I think booking a cycling tour versus a walking or canal tour provides a better opportunity to see more of the town. I researched other bicycle tours prior to booking and I would highly recommend City Bike Adventures for your trip to Copenhagen.

Olivia is an amazing guide! Nice 1,5 hour of Copenhague! The bikes are not top, but as the ground is flat, finally that doesnt matter! Must do!

Angus was an excellent guide. He made history come to life with his stories of the past as well as offering insight into today’s Danish society. I enjoyed all the stops and his willingness to answer group questions.

Great way to see many sights in the city and learn a bit about the history. Of course the food is fantastic as well! Luke was an excellent guide! Would recommend to anyone!

When we started the tour the guide didn't really explain anything and just took off and left us to follow... part of the group got separated and the guide didn't stop to check on us for 3 stoplights. We were just left behind to figure it out. When we finally caught up, the guide was so shocked they lost us...really?? It is biking in a big city with heavy traffic and lots of stop lights, not the most enjoyable way to bike. One of the women in the group had her front tire clipped by a motor scooter and she got knocked over, luckily she did not get seriously injured. The guide gave very little information about the city or eating places we visited, I didn't feel like I learned that much. The food was average. The entire tour was disappointing and could have been so much better.

Great guide and tour. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a great overview of Copenhagen. We learned at lot from the guide.

The good: Cycling around Copenhagen was nice, the city is very beautiful, the route chosen was good, the bikes were decent, also we were given many good recommendations for food and museums which we used and enjoyed. The not-so-good: The information given by the guide wasn't amazing. It covered a wide variety of topics in a short time, and hence no topic to a very satisfying depth. Worse, at one point the guide admitted that a fact he'd was made up in order to make a "good story"! Finally, the price is quite high for what it is. My recommendation is that this tour is okay to introduce you to the city, get recommendations and learn a bit about Danish society. It is not so good if you want to learn about history. They mention a few historical facts here and there, but it isn't the focus of the outing and you'll be disappointed if you want a comprehensive timeline of events, or if you want specific details like dates - the tour simply focusses on other things that aren't history.

Excellent tour of the city! Moud(?) was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting stories to tell. We hit a ton of the major sites, covering a lot of ground in a relatively short time, and got great recommendations for things to do with the rest of our time in Copenhagen. Just make sure you're fairly comfortable on a bike, the locals are serious about their bike lanes and expect you to follow the rules. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to see the city the way locals do!
