It was an intimate group and I purchased it as a gift for my husband. The final meal was great, and the restaurant superb. I loved the visit to the microbrewery. Our host was very engaging. I would have liked a bit more time in the food market as we had problems with finding the group so missed the visit to the cheese stall. Recommend.

Maria was a fantastic tour guide through Copenhagen! It was ~4 hours and ~3 miles of walking. The food was wonderful and there was more than enough (come hungry!) and I especially enjoyed Maria's talks about the city and history in between food stops. Highly recommend!

New in Copenhagen this was a great tour to get to know the food arena in the city, with a lot of exiting information and tips. Very inspiring guide and food.

Together with 3 other friends, we planned a 2-days stay in Copenhagen with the food tour arranged on 28 Feb morning. We were warmly hosted by Katrine and had the very privilege of a "private tour" because we were the only 4 on this tour. Really love how the itinerary was designed, with foods sampling, nicely spaced walks coupled with explorations of the city through its food & history. Exceedingly good was Katrine's extensive knowledge on Danish cuisine & culture that went beyond food. Katrine certainly left me with the best guide/host experience after having traveled so many countries from east to west, personable & relatable in many ways! We truly saw Copenhagen culture through her eyes. Thank you Kat!

Great and very informative tour with focus on local food. Everything was pretty good organized and our tour guide Julia felt in love with food, so she is definitely the right person for that job!

We originally wanted to book the day food tour, but so happy we chose this small group evening tour. We still got a quick glimpse through the Food Hall with enough samplings to almost fill us up. We booked the tour at the beginning of our trip, and definitely heading back to the stalls we visited to pick up snacks for the rest of our stay. Katrine was our guide, who was very easy to be with, professional, and accommodating. We really enjoyed getting to know a local's view on the history of the culture of food in Denmark. This was our first food tour and Katrine has definitely convinced us to participate in more.

We stopped at 4 different places in TorvehallerneKBH for tasting and 1 full meal. All good especially those tasting ones is amazing. The guide Julia was very knowledgeable about the local cuisine and culture and she helped us spend a good time

Being completely stuffed at the end of this experience notwithstanding, this was truly eye-opening! This area of Copenhagen surprised us all with its rich history and additionally with the breadth and quality of the culinary work being done and not merely in the usual Danish favorites. To be sure, traditional selections were tasty and substantial. Piled as high as one of their roast beef smorrebrod were the other experiences that Simon arranged for the group which included small batch brewed coffee, lovingly crafted ice cream (and adult beverages with carefully selected mini-ice cream bars), bespoke chocolates, some of the best pizza anywhere (who knew?) and wonderfully eclectic microbrews! Despite arriving fairly hungry, we were a bit overfull at the end, but how could we refuse any of those treats? Luckily we had a 17-year-old to make sure no slice of that delicious pizza was left behind! We were very fortunate to have a super fun and adventurous group of co-conspirators, but many thanks to Simon for showcasing what is on offer in the Meat Packing District!

Our flight was cancelled at the airport and then rebooked to a later hour. They could not reschedule nor refund the dinner.

SO GLAD I did this tour. Went with a GREAT local lady on July 14 2020. Positive and knowledgeable about her city and it's food - great and memorable tour. I can now lecture you on the wonderfulness of Copenhagen's food scene. Meat-packing district a serious highlight. YUM + INTERESTING = happy me.

Really good tour with exiting insights into the 'backyard' of the old slaughter houses with good restaurants. Especially the open sandwiches and the cod ceviche was delicious.

Maria is a fountain of information. A native Dane, she answers all sorts of questions, not just about food, but other topics as well. We went to several different places, she pointed out other places to check out on our own. DH and I were full after the 3rd place ... the portions are not small. Loved the duck sandwich at the brewery (and I typically dislike duck). Well worth going on this trip!

We have done several food tours in European cities. This tour was a disappointment. It was also the most expensive. Although our guide was very knowlegeble, She rushed us through the tour. This may have been because we were the only two people on the tour and it was the end of the season. this tour was not as good as tours we have done in Paris, Prague and other cites.

This trip was amazing. We started off in the food hall for a variety of starters with stories behind them all. We then moved onto a restaurant for the main course and then a bit of a walk to the dessert in a brewery with accompanying beer. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and we definitely recommend it. We saw more of the city than we would have done otherwise which was great. Thank you Kristina for a lovely entertaining evening.
