I was very disappointed after this bad experience of the tour for seeing Turtles (caretta caretta) for the number of boat and motorboats in the area with a crash risk among them. The thing was very far from turtles seeing but very similar to a stressed turtles hunting. Besides, not to mention the visit to the turtle island (Matathonisi Island) invaded by tourists who pay little attention to the place who arrive with small and large boats not at all interested in the turtles and their protection, but only in a cold beer and other drinks sold by bar boats anchored on the "turtle" beach not at all equipped even to collect garbage. In the front sea sea in addition many motorboats driven by inexperienced people with a serious danger for the swimmers. In my opinion this experience is not to tell and to suggest for the poor turtles protection. The Zakinthos Island deserve more than this noisy and rude turism ……

We booked an airport shuffle there and back and were extremely disappointed. When we arrived, it took us ages to find anyone and ended up being a guy chatting to his friend not in the main area. We then had to wait over an hour for other flights before we finally left. We leave today for our flight at 13.00pm and still have not received any confirmation of pick up time, none of the numbers work so we’ve had to book a taxi. Just pay the extra and get a taxi, it is not worth it for ruining our last day!

Booked a return airport/hotel transfer to Alykanas. Corresponded via email with Angela. Extremely efficient. The driver was waiting with a board. Smooth ride and very helpful with our enquiries about the Island. Popped by to amend our return transfer and found Angela to be very amenable and charming. The cost was excellent as after speaking to others who ordered through their hotels or directly from outside the airport, realised we’d paid at least 30 per cent less! Will defo use next time. Thank you Angela and Island Travel.

We visited the park as part of our holiday. The boys certainly had a lot of fun. There is even karting which the boys loved. However, my son bruised his hands as there no karting gloves provided/available . So the generally the safety around he waterpark no so great. The number of slides was quite limited. Good day out overall

Before the trip the communication was good. But the car ride was a little weird because the driver was late. Then we can't find the boat and nobody helped us. We waited an hour for the ride and there was no shadow. After an hour a man said we got a private boat and they are so sorry about the waiting.The boat driver was so kind and helpful. The trip was very nice, we saw a turtle as well.

We visited this water park, we got a transfer from Tui as that's where we booked our holiday from. The transfer picked us up at 9:40 and took us straight there, we got there and paid for lockers but got €1 back. There is a couple of food places but a bit pricey as you can't take your own food or drinks in but we did sneak in a couple bottles of water. There is lots to do for kids also which is great, it's not a massive water park but we did enjoy ourselves. Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas everywhere and it wasn't too busy considering we went during a heatwave and summer time! Transfer picked us up at 4pm so we had plenty of time to have fun on the slides!

2nd day running we've had s**t service from this company. Yesterday's was a dangerous drive, although the boat trip itself was good. Today we waited outside our hotel as stated on our ticket. No one turned up. On phoning the office, it appears the driver picked 3 people up from the office, thought it was us so didn't stop at our hotel. To be fair to the office, when we rang the office they did say they could arrange for us to do the same trip an hour later, but that would have meant getting back just shy of midnight. The office was supper quick at coming out and giving us a cash refund. No grips with the office, just with the driver.

While the turtle experience and boat trip to turtle island itself was very enjoyable, as was looking at the blue caves afterwards, unfortunately I can't say the same about the journey to and from the hotel. On the way out the driver was in the phone the whole journey. On the way back he kept picking his phone up and was scrolling through it, and also picked up a load of paperwork which he read while driving ( see attached photo), even doing it on approach to junctions. At one point he nearly ran in to the back of a truck. When we got to Laganas to pick up the boat he dumped us out, said the boat wasn't in yet and to pick it up down there pointing to a jetty where there was lots of boats. We asked if there was a toilet on the boat or if not where to find one. He said there was one on the boat. He told us the boat to look for was a white boat. He SHOULD have walked us DOWN TO WHERE THE BOAT COMES IN, so we knew exactly where to pick it up from. It wasn't a white boat but beige and didn't have a toilet. We only found it coz we walked along and asked each boat operator if we were with them. Definitely not happy with the service from this company. The boat trip itself I can't fault.

Zakinthos is a beautiful Greek island with clear water and best beaches. The food is exceptional and the people are gorgeous.

Underwhelming and waste of money. The driver dropped us off gor 4 hours to go do airport run. The tour description wasn't explicit. It said ample time didn't specify that it was 4 hours. My initial review was removed and hidden.

SEPT 22 Awful ! Picked up from our Jet2 hotel by coach, (1 of 3) which was 20 minutes late, having stopped at multiple hotels prior to us, and many after. Bundled onto a large boat run by 'Ionic' which was rammed full of people, ( so potential for 156) with a lack of seating, and no safety briefing. The guys admitted on our return, (one turtle spotted at sea) its off season, so the likelihood of spotting turtles was slim. Food and drink is not included in the price, although available at an additional charge. The swimming element off the boat was unsupervised ... Do yourself a favour, and spend the money on a taxi instead to the harbour, where there is a turtle in residence ! Seriously not worth the money and now really disappointed with the Jet2 Rep who turned up at our Aluasoul hotel & sold us the cruise :(

Zante town - taxi from Tsilivi was 15euros and is a 10 min drive. You can get a bus for 1.60 euros but we were advised the buses can be a little unreliable so we didn’t take the bus. There is also a road train that you can take for 7euros adults/ 4euros children. This departs 3 times per day. A little costly compared to other options. We arrived at 3pm when except for restaurants and some tourist shops, everything was mostly closed. Zante town seems to come to life after 6pm- by 9pm the town is BUZZING. The contrast between day and night is surprising. We went again, when St Dennis (24th Aug)was being celebrated. There was a massive market and religious parade. We thought it would be tricky getting back but after 15 mins outside the centre it was possible to flag a cab.

Fun day out as part of holiday. Slides good, ques short. Food terrible and pricey (as you would expect) but definitely worth a visit. Our son was very happy.

Be careful which trip you book. We were put in a small boat with no life jackets. When they spotted one turtle all the boats surrounded the poor thing so everyone could see it. It felt very distasteful to be crowding the poor turtle. The jetty to the boat is barely safe. Very disappointed with the standard. I understand they are trying to catch up financially after the Covid Lockdowns but we must consider the poor turtles.
