I booked a tour with Capo Greco unfortunately by mistake a week later than we were there. Because I downloaded the tickets while we were waiting for the guide (a week too early) viator would not refund our money. Several emails later explaining situation they still said no refund even though the tour guide also emailed them. Chris from Capo Greco then rang viator and after a long conversation was able to get us a refund. I doubt many people would bother spending time doing this when it was completely my fault. Chris has such integrity that should be applauded. Thank you so much as it was a lot of money in NZ$. We really appreciate you helping us. Please use this company for your corfu excursions they totally deserve the custom!

Chris took care of absolutely everything for my proposal, from the private transfers to and from the airport, to the boat hire, private photographer to even sorting our dinner booking. As you can imagine this was a very big thing to trust someone with and Chris exceeded expectations beyond belief. His communication was impeccable throughout alleviating any fears (of which there were many) instantly with his calm nature. Every driver was polite and talkative and their cars were predominantly minibuses just for the two of us, making for a very comfortable journey. The boat ride (where Chris arranged for me to propose once we stopped off on a private island) was booked just as the sun set on the gorgeous Corfu coast, making for the most memorable proposal. The captain and the photographer were the most lovely people and made that experience even more special. The photographs (attached) were sent within a week. This was our 3rd time of using this airport transfers from this company, and couldn't fault them. They communicate well and quickly via email and have always been there in the airport arrivals waiting for us (despite the long long wait they have due to passport control queues - nightmare) with a smile and friendly welcome. Competitively priced and taxi/minibus is spotless. Drivers are all lovely and are quick to advise if you need any help with anything and a welcome cold bottle of water is appreciated too. Will be back out in September and have already booked our transfers with them. Keep up the good work!

This tour was supposed to be of the Old Achilleion Palace and Old Corfu Town. We were supposed to be picked up outside the port terminal in Corfu, but no one was there. We had to have the information desk in the terminal call the tour company and then the guide showed up. The upside was that we were the only two people on the tour,and it was not cancelled. Instead we defaulted to having a private driver. He was very nice and drove us to Achilleion Palace and let us off for an hour to tour the palace on our own. He then took us to Old Corfu and let us off for another hour to tour that, again on our own. Our tour ended up being three hours instead of two, but the guide didn't accompany us through town to give us a real guided tour. He did talk to us during the drive and we were not charged for the extra hour of his time.

Be very careful before you book with this company, Viator. They are more interested in taking tourist dollars than providing customer service. I booked a tour for 10:30 am, they booked it for a 9:30 tour and refused to provide ant type of customer service even though they were clearly in the wrong. Do not use this unreputable company. Never book a tour that involves European Essentials, they are both rip-off companies preying on unsuspecting tourists.

Really nice to be met by a lovely driver in a spotless and roomy vehicle. A seamless transfer from the airport to our accommodation in Kavos. Knowledge and friendly, our driver answered all our questions! I'm sorry I didn't get his name (maybe Jonathan?) but I'd definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Exceptional service to get your holiday off to a great start. Timely communications from the beginning, knowledgeable, helpful driver and immaculate taxi. Prompt pick up, everything confirmed in an email - I would not trust any other.

I want to start the review by stating that our guide Costas (sp ?) was great. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. That said, there were several issues with this tour. First and foremost, we were supposed to be picked up at the port at 10 am. When no one was there by 10:20 am, I sent a message to the tour operator thru this site but got no response. Then by 10:30 am I finally found a phone number and called. When the tour operator answered the phone it initially seemed like he had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. Once it seemed to click, I was told they had to switch out cars and our guide would be there to pick us up in 5 minutes. Why am I finding this out 30 minutes after we should have been picked up??? Those 5 minutes turned into at least 15 more minutes. Our guide Costas finally showed up; he had cold waters, was friendly and got us underway. It was close to 11:00 am by this point. My second major issue is consistent with the comments made here by Heather L back in November 2022. Our tour was called “Taste of Corfu.” It was described as olive oil tasting, a stop at a winery, and local products tasting. We stopped at 1 small family owned road-side stand and store and tasted olive oil, marmalades, and kumquat liquer from a fold-up table propped up outside while drives of other people showed up to do the same thing. It was all great and the store owners were lovely but it was not really what I had in mind. Perhaps this was also the stop at the winery but there was no wine tasting. We then went to the monastery and beach, both of which were absolutely gorgeous. Our guide suggested that we might want to take the boat tour to the blue caves since the weather was so great, which we did. That was definitely a high light of our day and I’m glad we were able to add it in but, as you’ll see below, that added an additional $64 on to the $473 I already paid for this tour. Finally, Costas took us into Corfu town where we had free Time to eat lunch and do some shopping. To be clear, extra time was added on to our entire afternoon to make up for the delay earlier that morning. I estimate we had little over a 5-hour day, as opposed to the 4 hours and 30 minutes I was originally told. But by the time I was done tipping, my grand total was just a few dollars shy of $600 for 4 people (not including our lunch). And more of that time than not was time on our own. It would be one thing if I didn’t have a ton of other tours to compare to, but that’s not the case. We have done a lot of these types of tours and this one is pretty pricey for what you get. And then to have the other issues added to it??? I Just felt like an honest review was necessary.

Very good waited for us when the plane arrived late and greeted up with a cold bottle of water. Took us straight to the apartment.

We used Capo Greco travel for an airport transfer and a trip to the water park. Easy to communicate with via Facebook messenger and emails are sent to confirm the trip. The price of the trip is paid once you are there. Fanis our driver was super, he was polite and we even got water upon arrival after our flight, he helped with the suitcases and gave us some ideas on what to do there as well. Taxis for all our trips were on time. Would 100% recommend!

Booked return transfers easily via email. Replied quickly to all queries I had. Even though we were late arriving, driver was waiting. Return transfer was on time. Staff were lovely, cars were air conditioned and spotless. Would use again and would definitely recommend.
