we went on this excursion out of tourist season, at the beginning of December, with our guide Elisa. Beautiful place, especially without mass tourism in this period (it was just us, the peacocks and the geese) with plenty of water, following the recent rains (Elisa told us) and a foliage that leaves you speechless. walk from Arcangelos among centuries-old olive trees until reaching the seven springs and back. recommended especially out of season and thanks to our very knowledgeable guide on the history and nature of the island. definitely recommended Hiking Rhodes.

I cannot recommend this hike enough! We had the pleasure of trekking to the top of Mount Akramitis with our fantastic tour guide, Manuela, and it was an experience we will never forget. Manuela was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but her passion for the history and natural beauty of Rhodes really shone through. She shared fascinating stories and interesting facts about the island along the way, which made the hike even more enriching. Throughout the hike, Manuela was so thoughtful and accommodating, regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and doing okay. Her friendly and approachable nature made us feel at ease even during the more challenging parts of the climb. When we reached the summit, she took the most amazing photos of us that we'll treasure forever — the views were stunning, and her photos perfectly captured the moment. Additionally, I can't speak highly enough about the customer service we received from the team. Unfortunately, our luggage had been lost the day before, and when we mentioned this to the company, they went above and beyond to help us. They kindly lent me shoes, a shirt, and even a hair clip so I could enjoy the hike without worrying. Without their exceptional kindness and responsiveness, we would have had to cancel our plans, and we are so grateful that they were there to support us. Amazing day, a great way to see panoramic views of the island and smaller islands on the west coast and hike with likeminded people. I was concerned about the sun and heat but need not have worried. We started early when it was cooler and it’s a forest trail nearly all the way to the top, so much of the hike was in the shade. Our guides set a comfortable pace, gave us food, water and informed us about mythical, historical, geological and botanical facts. Highly recommended!

We did the seven springs hike and it was one of best parts of our holiday so far. Manuela was a fantastic guide. Friendly and so knowledgeable about the history of the island including ancient mythology, the flora and fauna. Her passion for nature and the island as a whole made the hike even more enjoyable. Manuela catered for for the needs of the small group (four people) at all times. We walked through mixed scenery of off road track through olive groves, the seven spring including the tunnel experience, picking our way through dried river beds and beautiful forest scenery. Manuela provided water, snacks and plentiful rest stops tailored to the groups requirements. We had excellent service and communication from Elisa at hiking Rhodes regarding our pick up and what to expect. Something a bit different that truly enhanced our holiday experience. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to do another hike with Manuela and Elisa in the future.

Hiking Rhodes where easy to book with and great communication. Elisa was a great guide and was very professional and knowledgeable and she also made it feel like I was hiking with a good friend. The views were amazing. Well worth giving up sunbed time for. X

We had an amazing time hiking the butterfly valley with the tour guide Manuela! Views were beautiful and our guide was super sweet and knowledgeable. We got to see a lot of different animals in addition to the butterflies. We would absolutely love to go again sometime in the future.

We went on 20th May 2024. This trip was such a wonderful adventure and I would thoroughly recommend it. We hiked through olive groves and forests with the most beautiful views across the valleys and hills. Lots of rests and water breaks as well. It was a hot sunny day but there was plenty of shade. Sturdy footwear is a must as there were some gravel and steep climbs in places. But our brilliant guide, Elisa adapted our hike to the level of our small group. There were only 3 other people on our trip with my husband and I and we were all fit and capable so it was more challenging in places for us, which was great. It was mesmerising seeing the turquoise water for the first time and then to stand watching the waterfall. It was heavenly and super refreshing to walk in the cool magical spring water. My feet thanked me!! Thank you so much Elisa it was an absolute joy of a trip being surrounded by nature and you were fabulous company full of knowledge. We hope to return for another trip with you when we are next in Rhodes. H & L

Wow - truly amazing hiking this sunset trekking through rich scenery and wonderful views! Our very professional trekking guide Manuela was AMAZING and we got so much value thorough the history of Rhodes as well about the various trekking! The panoramic view on top the mountain was amazing and also the Greek snack! When trekking downhill in pitch black night we could enjoy the stars & the Moon ! Fantastic hike up the mountain, through a peaceful valley and finally to the summit. The view was incredible! Our guide was outstanding. She told os about the island and the mountains culture and history and could answer all our questions. The best hike of our lives!

This hiking company is awesome. I highly recommend arranging a hike in Rhodes with them. Incredibly responsive as you plan your trip. We hiked Mount Akrimitis and our guide ( Manuela ) was fabulous. She was very informative about the history of the area and the trees and animals. The cost is very reasonable.

The hike started from Kristina village. Meeting Elisa and Maria we started the lovely hike by going down a beautifully road looking towards the rocky beach we were heading at. Though most flowers are already gone at the lower places, we were lucky to see the poppies at full bloom, pink cistus flowers, the mastika trees and much more. The lovely conversation with Elisa and her knowledgeable explanations made the hike even nicer. We reached the hidden rocky beach, where after a short rest we climbed to the Kristina fortress and heard all about the pilgrims who built it. The view was amazing, as well as the climb back to the village. We strongly recommend the tour,and even more so Elisa!

Manuela was a first-class guide and made the day so enjoyable. The terrain is challenging but beautiful, and Manuela made sure that the pace was just right to enable us to finish with energy to spare - including a very refreshing dip in the sea. I highly recommend this tour - so much so that as soon as I got back to my hotel I immediately signed up for another tour later in my holiday!!
