We did the Limniotis cave hike last week with Thom as our guide. He is an amazing guide that knows a lot about Karpathos and its nature. He makes sure that everyone is able to follow, helps you on how to traverse the path, and talks with a lot if passion on the things that you see during the hike. The views of the mountain landscape, the sea, and the cave were absolutely amazing. The smell of herbs, like sage, next to the hiking path adds another dimension to the experience.

As guide to visit the island of Kassos it is very useful. However, the supporting SmartGuide app is not easy in how to use. The audiotour itself doesn't tell what direction to go to. That would be very helpful so you don't have to look on your phone alle the time (looking on your phone = not being able to look around in the environment you walk in). The information of the highlights is given even if you are still 200m away form that POI. Also, during the walk, I took a break and when I continued the walk, the app had stopped. I couldn't find the tour in the app so I had to download it again from the email.

I can definitely recommend this vine tasting including a little walk around the vineyard. The owner is such an open, friendly, funny, welcoming, nice and pleasant person and leads you through the tasting with lots of interesting information. But the most important thing for me was, that he obviously loves what he is doing and he conveys his enthusiasm so that you simply feel good. Oh and by the way, the vine tasts amazing! 

A surprising nice hike to the cave. Very nice guide. Told us much about the nature and the history of Karpathos. We family of four (kids 13 and 16) liked it very much.

I was so enthusiastic about our first walk with Tom, I booked the Lastos walk as well. It exceeded all my expectations. Amazing views and wonderful experience of hiking off the beaten track yet accessible to those without lots of hiking experience. I fully recommend it to all who can walk on stony tracks. I loved every minute. Thanks to Tom.

We were on the 3,5 h. Walk in the valley with Thom, and it was no less fantastic. The trip offered many interesting stories and good routes. Absolutely recommendable. Thom is a very good host.

On Wednesday me and my mom had a great walk with Thom through Lastos. There is no rush during the walk. We walked through very beautiful and different landscapes. Thom makes the experience completed with his experiences of the island. He is very genuine, social and funny. We were able to ask anything. Great experience and highly recommended!

Such a kind family! Making you feel at home imidiately. They know a lot about the winemaking proces, but also about the surroundings. The wines taste great!!

We had a wonderfull hike with Renate with a beautifull walk throughout the valley close to Karpahos city. It was realy amazing and interesting. Renate is the best guide you could wish and i would recommand it to anyone. The other day we did an audiotour and that was also perfect. So if you go to Karpathos take a Tour from Renate. I can really recommend this trip. You don´t need to be an experienced hiker but it remember to wear good shoes. Hiking boots would be the best. The guide can tell you a lot about the Island.

I did the Limniotis cave hike. beautiful hike with breathtaking views. Renate was our great guide, her enthusiasm (not just for bats) and love for nature was evident.

Having lived and experienced wine tastings in different countries I had the bar set high but they were by far exceeded. Renate and Tom are among the sweetest and most genuine people I have ever encountered and their down to earth approach to people and wine makes the experience something fantastic that I would recommend without hesitation. Would I go back again? YES!!! Can’t wait to try what more they have on their agenda :)
