Miss Anna is an absolute delight and her cooking class and skill was exceptional. We enjoyed every minute learning about the Greek culture and how to cook an authentic Greek family dinner with simple instructions that we can duplicate for our own family once we return home. Her knowledge about food and the extra tips and tricks were helpful in duplicating this incredibly delicious meal successfully on our own. Being able to have this experience in her lovely home was a treat and Miss Anna is a bright light that shines through her instructions and I can’t recommend her class enough while visiting Santorini!

This was the BEST experience and a must do! Miss Anna made us feel so welcomed into her charming home and beautiful kitchen, and was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the dishes we cooked and walked us through each dish step by step, answering all of our questions along the way. We learned so much about the culture, foods and flavors, and learned the techniques and tips to be able to cook each dish back home with confidence. The conversation was so warming and we made unforgettable connections with Anna as well as the other guests that were cooking along side us. My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Ms. Anna and her cooking class. She was unbelievably knowledgeable on Greek cuisine, culture and food in general. All the recipes she chose were unique and easy to create and something we can absolutely take back home with us!

We enjoyed a delightful evening with Miss Anna who opened her own home to graciously welcome us for an extraordinary cooking class. Utilzing fresh vegetables from her organic garden, the three of us were gently guided by Anna to create sumptuous, traditional Greek meal. Anna made sure to contact us a few days in advance to help plan the meal with respect to our preferences. What made the experience really special was the table discussion of Greek island culture! If you visit Santorini, do yourself a favor and schedule a class with Miss Anna!

Miss Anna's cooking class is the perfect way to spend an afternoon. We walked in as guests and left feeling like family. The experience of not only learning about Greek food and culture but how to source the ingredients and cook it authentically and in a very healthy way. She was very considerate to ask about allergies and food preferences ahead of time and was very communicative. After helping to prepare the meal, we all sat around her home's dining table, enjoying the fruits of our labor, and learning more about her family and the Greek way of life. The food was fresh from the garden or locally sourced that day. We learned more about how to source the best ingredients at home and how to apply better techniques in our own home cooked meals. Miss Anna was incredible and if anyone is looking an intimate home cooking experience while learning about Greek culture and food, we would very highly recommend her.

Scheduled a private cooking class due to dietary requirements and food allergies. Anna was so amazing to prepare a menu to meet our needs. Had so much fun talking and learning from Anna about life in Santorini. traditional Greek foods and about her farm where she harvests fresh ingredients for classes each morning. And she provides printed recipes so you can make all the dishes at home. It was so much fun and I highly recommend!

My family had an excellent time cooking and eating in Anna’s lovely kitchen. She made sure to appease the vegan, pescatarian, non-dairy and full meat eaters in our group. The food we cooked with was fresh and beautiful. The final dishes were delicious.

We decided to take a trip to Santorini (3 couples) but we the guys, didn't sign up for a cooking class. Guess what? Our wives did and we thought we would be so bored but... The minute Anna greeted us with her big smile and her kindness, we felt like we joined an old friend. To me, that is a gift! Making people who don't know you feel so good around you. Cooking was so much fun, and so easy that I am thinking to have Greek nights at home at least 4 times a month. Also, it saved us the trip to go to different wineries by tasting 8 different wines. That was the highlight of our cruise! Me, my husband, my 2 daughters, and their husbands had the best time on our entire trip! Anna welcomed us like we were old friends with a glass of wine and a cheese platter. Then, the cooking started and it was pretty easy to follow. The best part was that we actually participated every step of the way. When the food got ready, we couldn't believe how delicious it was! And the wines were splendid! Oh boy, the laughs we had and Anna, I personally thank you for it as we really needed it. That was not my first time in Santorini but it was certainly the best! It is worth taking this course, it is a truly authentic Greek experience! And Anna will keep a special part of your heart.
