Our travel agent booked a kayak tour for a family trip with 4 adults and 2 children (7 &9) and it was amazing. Kalliopi is one of the nicest people you will meet. She picked us up at our hotel and welcomed us into our home where we prepped for the trip and got to meet her lovely family and dogs. Her mom is the typical grandmother who offered every treat under the sun to my sons. Very sweet lady. Kalliopi provided everything we needed such as towels, water, dry bags, snorkels, vests, sun hats, and phone cases. We had zero kayaking experience and Kalliopi and her colleague, Vasili, gave us a tutorial and we were on our way. It was very relaxing and not as hard as anticipated. Kalliopi and Vasili had my kids in their kayak and were great with them. We took periodic breaks at a few beaches and did a little swimming. It was really amazing. Afterwards, dinner was arranged for us at the restaurant of Kalliopi’s neighbor (Cave of Nikolas) and the food was absolutely amazing. It was a great experience all around and I highly recommend Serenity Kayak (and dinner) if you are looking for something to do while in Santorini. Amazing morning tour with all well planned. From Roundtrip transfer, welcome coffee/tea for refresh, water, hat, lunch in the seas to post-tour wine. Kalliopi definitely take a very good care to me and my family (65 yrs old mother). Great appreciate for the Small group of just 10 of us. This tour is the best way to see White beach Red beach, Black beach. Highly recommend to experience the tour the tour in Santorini!

Kalliope was great at communicating with us prior to our arrival in Greece so we knew what to expect! She arranged transport to the headquarters at the beach. Hospitality was so wonderful. We met Maria her mother, her beautiful baby son, and Cleo the sweet family dog. Began with coffee and meeting the participants and then she was so organized with the gear etc. Great care was taken to make sure we all were fitted with life vests, towels, snorkeling gear, hats etc. Very comfortable kayaks with rudders. She made it so easy for us all to have a fun and amazing experience. The beauty of the sea and the coastline is amazing. Loved the kayaking, the amazing beach experiences to snorkel and swim, explore caves, and then an amazing home cooked meal. We ended with wine and laughter. Thank you Kalliope for making this such a unique and interesting experience!

We wanted to do something on the sea for our honeymoon and chose Serenity Kayaks due to the smaller group size. We didn’t want to do a huge group trip as we thought it would take away from the atmosphere and getting to know people as well. From the initial booking, Kalliopi had great communication and arranged our pickup from near our hotel. When we arrived we were then introduced to Nikos who drove us down the bumpy road, dogs atow to meet Kalliopi at the hut. We were offered coffee and everyone introduced before receiving our kit for the day. The whole experience was made better by Kalliopi’s warm and fun nature and her obvious passion and knowledge of the kayaks and the area. Both her and Nikos were friendly, chatty and made the day really fun. The lunch we had was delicious, all prepared by Poppi herself with a homemade aubergine dip. The whole experience was so much better than we expected and all made so by Kalliopi and Nikos. 10/10 recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else if we returned to the island.

This was probably the best experience we had in Santorini! We loved kayaking and snorkelling in breathtaking landscapes but our guide Kaliope is what made the experience truly memorable. She is hands down the nicest and friendliest person we met throughout our time in Santorini and really made this feel like an adventure. If you can do just one experience during your visit, make it this one.

We had an amazing experience with Kaliope the owner of Serenity Kayak. She arranged four our group to be picked up at our hotel in Thera. We had an orientation and got equipped. She had everything we needed for our day. Hats, flotation vests, water; masks & snorkels, a d a towel (in dry bags). She also packed our kayaks with small backpacks with lunch. Kaliope is a very nice young woman and we also met her mother, Maria. Kaliope speaks lovely English but her mother only speaks Greek. Both are warm & delightful. The kayaking took us close to towering cliffs and beaches too. We even got to slip into a couple sea caves! At one point she guided us to a quiet tiny harbor where we landed our boats. Here we donned our snorkeling gear and swam around looking thru the very clear water at the underwater rocks and a variety of fish. While we were snorkeling Kaliope set up a truly amazing lunch for us. Greek salad, eggplant dip, spinach pies and cheese pies. All hand made by mama Maria! Wow - it was excellent. A bit if climbing up a stairway in the rocks took us up for beautiful views. We kayaked back stopping at an even deeper sea cave. When we arrived at Kaliope's home Maria had wine for us all. Wow (again) thus was a great day Thanks Kaliope

What a fantastic day!! I was only in Santorini for 3 days -really only 2 without travel-& i know there were many choices (sightseeing historic spots, charming villages, beach, catamarans etc) -but as a lifelong traveler I KNOW the 5 +hours i spent with Kalliopi & her terrific niece Evvie in the clearest water, most fantastic scenic cliffs, rock formations, caves & tunnels, will be moments I’ll remember forever -far more than any other way I’d have spent the day. They (& her mother when we gathered at the house & also helpful driver picking up & dropping off) think of everything & our entire group was so well cared for! I was traveling alone (& highly recommend whether you’re alone or a couple or group). I don’t know if this would be typical, or if i just got incredibly lucky-but showing up as a solo traveler-with probably at least 20 years on most of the young fit couples in the other tandem kayaks- it was a great surprise to hear Evvie, a competitive teen kayaker, would be paddling with me! I still felt like got all the kayaking activity in that i wanted (& felt it at the end of the day!) -but also never had to worry about keeping up with group. From a safety standpoint, I felt supremely confident in team each moment. The sea was like glass the day i went, but had waves been rougher i know we’d have been in good hands too. My only regret was not remembering to mention my food allergies (which was my own stupidity because i am allergic to tomatoes & of course know they’d be in most meals-esp Greek)- yet there was so much lunch i still couldn’t even finish what was graciously (& deliciously) provided. (But do mention if you have because i know they’d have tried to accommodate.). The extra touch to have beautiful photos Kalliopi took was just wonderful also. All in all a perfect experience!

The tour was great. Next to kayaking, we were also able to take swim and snorkel as well as having a picnic which Kalliopi prepared. Kalliopi was the tour guide and it is a small family run business. Kalliopi and her mom where so kind warm and friendly to us which made this experience so great.

Had the best time and highly recommend doing the kayak tour with Kalliope. My wife and I originally booked the sunset kayak tour for our honeymoon. The day before, Kalliope kindly let us know that the conditions for the sunset tour would not be ideal (choppy waters and winds) and let us know there was room in the small group morning tour. Let me tell you, this change did not make a difference and we had the time of our lives! Kalliope is one of the best guides out there! Her personality really showed throughout the tour as she took us to the various beaches and caves in the southern tip of Santorini. She made time for each person and we all got to know each other well. For lunch, she took us to a small cove where we can swim and relax. Food was greek salad, eggplant, feta cheese and olives, with bread that was similar to spanakopita. It was prepared by Kalliope and her family and it was delicious and perfect for the occasion. It was light so that we can enjoy swimming afterwards and yet gave us enough energy for the rest of the tour. As for the kayaking, it is a lot of work so don’t expect a walk in the park. However, Kalliope was attentive and we never felt like we were out of our depth. The views are amazing and overall, this tour was a great way to end our honeymoon trip. Our only regret is that we didn’t the spend the whole weekend with Kalliope and her family afterwards :) P.S. thanks to Kalliope and her mom for introducing me to the song “Pame Havai” I can’t stop listening to it!

Wow, what an adventure. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our one year anniversary and I had booked this experience to celebrate. We were collected from Oia by a transfer which drove us through the entire island of Santorini. We were warmly greeted and welcomed when we made it to a small village near the sea by Kalliopi (our amazing guide). An expresso was offered while we went over the safety and instructions. A short walk down to the beach revealed 5 pristine, double sea kayaks, perfect for a couple or for a family of four. We were strapped in and launched out to sea in no time. Kalliopi was an intriguing and confident guide, she took us from the Red Beach, to the Black and the White Beach (only accessible by sea). After venturing into a few caves on the calm Aegean Sea we parked our kayaks in an old fisherman’s wharf and the ladies laid out a beautiful picnic while we snorkelled and jumped off the cliff. Exquisite local food was freshly prepared and we enjoyed it with the sight of the beautiful bay. Once our bellies were full, we returned along the coastline to the Red Beach and were soon sipping some wine on the Kalliopi’sPatio. She was the kindest, most well-informed, and caring guide we could have ever asked for. The scenery will always be beautiful but she made us feel so safe and welcome to her part of the world. We will surely be returning. A must do if you are visiting Santorini and need to get away from the chaos of Oia or Thira.

This was the highlight of our holiday, from the minute we arrived we were looked after by Kalliopi and her mum Maria. The kids (teenagers) had kayaked before my husband and I had not. Kalliopi made sure we were all ok and the instructions were spot on, being a small group just 6 of us, we always felt safe and We were checked in on regularly. The organic picnic was delicious and very fresh and the place we stopped at was just beautiful. Everything is provided for you, including water, dry bag, sun hat, towel snorkels and masks and life vests, Kalliopi was very knowledgeable about the area and we chatted like friends, This is a one woman business and it was outstanding and incredibly safe, and if you visit santorini this trip is an absolute must.

Everything was perfect ! Kalliopi was extremely nice, we felt as part of the family ! We shared a great time with the rest of the group ! The landscapes were amazing ! It was our first time kayaking and it turned out quite easy,even with a pregnant wife 😁 ! Don't hesitate and do it !!! Best, Honeymooners team !
