Theo and Harris were the perfect hosts, keeping us safe, relaxed, and very well fed. They were incredibly knowledgable about the history of the island, and we learned so much on our trip in between our multiple swims and copious amounts of sunbathing. We felt completely at home while on this trip and enjoyed every moment. Thanks again to the wonderful crew, you made this a very memorable moment for the both of us!

Customer service in conjunction with my experience as a customer is what drives my repeat business and recommendations to friends, family and clients. What words other than Family can describe the experience we had on our sunset cruise with Sail Away? As a parent with a child who is on the Autism Spectrum, I have to do a lot of research when doing activities that include my daughter. I want her to experience life to the fullest and also be in spaces that will help her anxieties when walking through something new. Part of understanding what works for us is to not do group water cruises, so I am always looking for something private, and affordable for our planning. Greece was no exception to this when it came to the end of a mother/daughter Europe trip. After researching many companies, I found Sail Away to be more of a fit of what we were looking for in every aspect. Upon reaching out to them communication was amazing! After getting more information on everything and pricing I decided to book a Motorcruiser sunset cruise for my daughter and I. I booked this well in advance before our trip as a lot of the cruises during that time can book up fast. I initially decided I was going to pay cash and at a later date decided to complete the rest of the transaction via CC so that I could get travel points even though it cost a little bit more. The staff was accommodating and even tried to save me some money by talking to me again about the discounted cash option. I appreciate that in the opportunity of making more money they still wanted us to save some. When we finally got to Greece, we actually received a call offering to go on the cruise a day early because they had a cancellation and the weather was going to be amazing that day. Unfortunately we were not able to as we were going on a land tour that day. We had a bit of a slight issue with the pickup. The day before we were told to be outside early that morning which had us wake up earlier than we wanted to being that we would be leaving the following day going home and had an extremely early flight and long day. After sitting outside for a while and contacting the office we were told that we were given the wrong pick up time. Pete apologized to us about profusely and let us know our actual pick up time for the afternoon. The pickup was on time and had one other stop to make to pick up some other passengers on the way. The ride was an amazing ride in nice transportation and we made it to the docks safely. Upon arrival Captain Pete apologized again for the mix up and introduced us to Kareem who would also be helping along on the cruise. He got to know us and asked questions and explained everything so well about what to do on the boat and what not to do, what to expect and so forth. My daughter who was initially scared to get in the water ended up having a great time and conquering fears I didn't know she would conquer in the Mediterranean waters all thanks to to the calm nature and reassurance of Kareem during the trip. Captain Pete gave us so much history and insight to so much of the land. When we arrived to eat dinner the food was absolutely amazing, even for my daughter who has a bit of indifference to trying new things, especially foods. After eating we left to catch the sunset on the way back which was absolutely breath taking. I have been to various countries and on various boat cruises including sunset cruises but this by far was truly an experience that will never be forgotten. Captain Pete explained to us why making sure we felt like family and having a great experience was important and we literally left feeling like family. There are things that I am the first to say I wouldn't spend the money on or recommend spending money on for myself and for clients, family and friends, because it is about memories and experiences being able to all come about in an affordable or spending conscious way. This experience is one that I honestly believe was priceless. It was worth the money spent and they understand that everyone doesn't just have that to spend on a boat ride, so if you are going to spend it with them they want you to experience far beyond what you paid for it. Even if you may not have considered doing something like this before, I would say to take time and consider it. The memories to be made are priceless and the time on that water, is fun and peaceful and so much more. I definitely would recommend Sail Away to any and every client, friend and family member that is visiting Santorini.

My husband and I booked this 1/2 day private charter because it had really great reviews, and we’re so glad we did! We were greeted so warmly by the crew, and they were very extremely thorough and informative in explaining our charter course for the day. The boat is immaculately kept, and you feel super safe with this crew. Yiota, the chef, prepared us a fabulous lunch, and we had the chance to swim & explore the gorgeous Aegean Sea! The views and scenery that we enjoyed as we toured the coast were amazing! The views of the Caldera were truly spectacular from the vantage point of being on the water. This tour was truly relaxing, informative, beautiful and fun, and the professionalism and kindness of the crew was so appreciated! We highly recommend!

We could not recommend the catamaran sunset cruise more! We were picked up in a luxury van and arrived to the most beautiful boat. The owner was present to greet us and we met the fantastic crew. Tzannee and George could not have done more for us! They were so lovely and attentive plus the whole experience was just a once in a lifetime adventure. The food was excellent and lots of wine/ beer Finished off with snorkelling and the most breathtaking sunset. We would 1000% recommend this experience and will be absolutely booking again/ recommending to anyone travelling to Santorini!

We signed up for the 7 hour sunset private tour. The captain/co captain were great and attentive. The cruise itself was nice., the food was plentiful. The reason for the 3 stars comes from 2 issues. The description implies that there are multiple opportunities to swim at the various beaches. We were given 1 opportunity to swim. When I asked about swimming to the beach, I was told maybe on the way back which did not happen. And then when it was sunset time, the sunset needs to be viewed from the back of the boat which is obstructed by the life boat, railings. So you can’t just sit and watch the sun set, you need to keep moving to keep the view as the boat is now racing back to harbor. So again no just sitting and relaxing and enjoying the view as it was a mad dash to dock the boat. That left a disappointing feeling at the end. It was a lot of money to have the 2 things that we had been looking forward to be the 2 things that didn’t happen/were rushed.

A wonderful afternoon and sunset cruise The owner greeted us and got us on board The skipper Yanis hope that’s the right spelling and George his Chef were attentive and so considerate. Glasses were not empty for long and the food was amazing. The Red beach, the white cliffs were spectacular. The sunset was too. I’ve no doubt that if you book this you’ll not regret it George even took photos of our group so no one was left out. Stupendous company can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to one and all it’s now now number 1 on my ticked off list

We absolutely loved our private catamaran tour on July 7 in sailing around the caldera in Santorini. Great captain and cook (George), used our own playlist, stopped at some awesome spots, had an amazing lunch and jumped in the water - truly a highlight. So sorry I can't remember the captain's name as I couldn't say it well - should have written it down! But he was so awesome as was our chef (George - that I can remember!) and our driver who picked us up from Fira. A+ and 5 star rating!!

A must do in Santorini!! Harris and Theo were exceptional. Their hospitality was second to none. Views and blue water were breathtaking! They provided interesting information on the islands. Harris whipped up the most extraordinary meal. All five of us loved it!

We had the best trip! The crew was wonderful and they showed us the most beautiful places. Also lunch was amazing! Would recommend this to everybody!

Anastasia and her crew were outstanding. They provided top level hospitality and were so much fun. The crew was very informative with sharing stories and history of Santorini while Anastasia brought around breathing views/sites. The food prepared was authentic and delicious. We had so much fun and was one of the best days my family and I ever experienced. Highly recommend.

I met Captain Anastasia August 2019. From the very start she was super nice and accommodating. Watching her prepare the catamaran for the cruise, you just knew you were in good hands. She was very meticulous in making sure everything was ready for her guest. During the cruise, you could see how busy the waterways were. Lots of boats of all sizes and shapes and she just handled it like she's been doing this her whole life. I felt very safe with her at the helm. Her genuine knowledge of her island of Santorini was quite refreshing. As a solo traveler, I was apprehensive about being there, on a cruise by myself, but she and George never made me feel alone. Captain Anastasia is a fantastic, funny, engaging person. From start to finish I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you Anastasia for making this experience unforgettable. I'd definitely book this trip again with you and George.

This is the best crew and catamaran in Santorini. We were there with friends and all six of us had the best time. I highly recommend this trip.

Traveled with family of 7 adults. Booking process was seamless. The pickup was on time! Our captain Anastasia and crew George was amazing. You need to open your shoes before you board, they keep them safe on the boat!! We could not swim in the hot springs, as the water was really muddy, however we saw other boats were there. Food was prepared fresh and was great.

The crew was great, the day awesome, food delicious, history of island caldera gave us a better understanding, just such a wonderful time, a must do. And nice to have a female captain.

We rented a 5 hour private catamaran sunset cruise with Sail Away. They picked us up and dropped us back at the hotel. Cost was $1000 or so but worth it if you have a big group like we did - 2 families with teenagers. Amazing, amazing experience! Captain Anastasia was amazing! The food was very flavorful, service top notch! I felt like one of the glam real housewives! Dinner and all beverages are included! The chef was amazing - we had a mixture of seafood and meat, rice etc. There is a very clean restroom and a cabin to rest in. I just hung out at the very front of the catamaran then we stopped at red beach to swim in the aegean sea and topped off the adventure with a sunset dinner! They turn the boat around so that you can watch the sunset as you are having dinner! They take you around most of the beaches and between the volcanic islands and the lighthouse. Recommendation: Must do when in Santorini! Would I go again? Absolutely! I would do the private cruise again with my girlfriends group for a girls trip - worth every penny spent! Students don’t fret- just take the regular catamaran tour that isn’t private and you will still enjoy it! Then when you get a great job come back and take the private cruise! Something to look forward too! Thank you captain Anastasia for an amazing experience and hats off to the Chef (George) my husband got his secret recipes!
