My husband , my elderly mother(88) and myself enjoyed an amazing day on this tour. Our guide Natalia was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the tour- the villages we visited( and the local history), the food and wine and any subject we wished to know about. This was real knowledge not a pre- rehearsed talk.
This six hour tour flew by and is punctuated by regular stops with no great rush to leave any of the places visited . The guide explained in detail where we were about to go and what we were doing which was of particular help to my Mum who, despite being very fit, is 88 at the end of the day! She was able to cope with all the hills and steps.
I would highly recommend this trip- as my review titl e states - this s more than just food- but the food is excellent!
