It was my first flyboard experience, and it was terrible! I had to wait 1 hour to start the activity under a burning sun (I booked the 11:00 time slot and started the activity at 12:00). The instructor lacked professionalism and pedagogy. I received brief instructions of less than 5 minutes before the activity and was asked not to raise questions. I thought I would be given some time to practice, but no. During the activity, it was difficult for me to hear the instructor, and I couldn’t synchronize with him. Again, during the activity, I was forbidden to ask questions. The tariffs are not transparent, and there is a difference in pricing whether you pay by card or cash. If you want some pictures for souvenirs, you have to pay more: €30 by card or €25 by cash. If it is your first flyboard experience, it is highly unrecommended

What a scam. Booked twice via Viator and paid twice only for them to cancel both times 1 hour before we were planning to leave. Beware, they change their mind and ruin your day.

The manager is a bully and a disgrace. Doesn’t want to know what or why. Just started screaming at me and my daughter as we were returning from a jetski. He wanted us to dock at a certain spot and that was not communicated before we began. Basically, he finally admitted after I confronted him about screaming at my child that he would get fined if we parked too far on the beach. If this was communicated clearly and calmly at the beginning, there was no problem. Completely disgraceful and no regard for children.

The manager is a complete bully and does not know how to handle customers. He was Accusing me of endangering my 9 because I would be parking around 20 feet further down the beach then where he wanted. I walked up to him when I got off we argued until he finally admitted that he would get a fine from the resort if we parked somewhere else. I asked him to explain where on the instructions to doc did it tell us what to do. The staff that set us up also did not clarify this. Mistakes can happen, and miscommunication, especially in an international location, but reverting to literally screaming in someone’s face and using their children is completely unacceptable. The rest of the staff was super nice, but the manager is a complete disgrace.

My experience in water sports was unique and full of fantastic experiences also the people who served me were very kind and cheerful

I rented a jet ski for me and my mom for mother's day and was impressed with the staff and there ability to ignite such a fire experience aswell as quick response to helping us when we disembarked from our jetski lol. Would recommend to anyone who loves water activities. Also they take photos for a few extra euro but they are amazing.

Went to super paradise beach looking to jet ski thinking it would be a bit expensive. We called multiple places and looked online and prices seemed between 90-100€ pp for 10 mins. We turned up and were able to ski within 20 mins for 50€ for both of us as a couple. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and actually quite funny. Would highly recommend. They take professional pictures at a charge of 25€ for a digital copy of all of them and they even printed one for us. The experience was so fun, simple to book and good money. Would highly recommend.

The water is beautiful. Make plans for a week or more to enjoy! It is a great place for couples, families, wedding destinations, anniversaries and much more. You will feel refreshed once you return to your normal with everlasting breathtaking memories. It is an effortless journey, especially if you contaact your travel agent. You can add endless ammenities

Very cool experience I would definately do this again! Very nice personell and with the instructions it was no problem to drive the jetski at all, even if it was my first time.

Worse customer service ever, doesn’t deserve one star. We booked a 3hr private cruise, arranged a pick up at the port near our accommodation via email stating picking up would be at 17:50, we gave them till 18:00 before phoning told would be 10mins but was not the case phoned again at 18:15 to be told 2mins kept phoning every 5mins until finally turned up at 18:40. We asked if we’d get the missed time added on or a reduction in the price the boat skipper couldn’t help he’d icky just started working & English wasn’t great . So phoned the office who tried to blame us saying we hadn’t confirmed, I literally had the email in front of me stating time sent & our return email within the hr several days earlier. They then said they’d reduce the price by 100euros but an hour less at sea then hung up without our agreement. Stupidly as we had our kids with us who really looking forward to it we set off whilst phoning back stating a 2hr trip was actually 150 euros cheaper in their brochure but no answer to our call, so sent an email stating our annoyance which just got the responses there’s no manger around & you agreed & must pay the 400euros(no we didn’t). The first port of call was to pay which took 20mins so even less time on the water, but then we thought let’s enjoy the trip so we asked our skipper where the first stop for snorkeling would be, his reply was you’re on for the sun set which was correct but the agreement was first a tour of the island with 2 stops for snorkeling. With a bit of pushing he stopped in the next bay & the kids got to enjoy a swim. Then it was back out to sea where we just floated around for an hour till the sun set, which was nice but would have been much better if we’d seen more had another stop. There was suppose to be drinks & snack, there was drinks & the snack was a small bowel of fruit. You book a private trip to feel special, to tailor the trip to suit individual requirement & to hear about the local area, none of which we got. Having done similar trips on last 2 holidays (Santorini & Croatia) which exceeded our expectations we were really disappointed with this very forgettable experience . My advice would be don’t use this company their customer service & actual product offering does not live up to their advertisement.

It was so slow it sucked, when we told them to go faster they went even slower, it wasn’t fun at all and we lost 2 minutes because of this girl doing photos

Customer service was terrible! It was too windy to wakeboard however we were still charged the full price of a lesson. Was told that even professionals wouldn’t wakeboard in this weather. The man at the front was not considerate of what we were saying.

Very long wait time despite a prior appointment. Messy organization i.e. not clear who does want in that company. Noisy and crowded place.

The sport was great fun and Antony is really helpful and supportive to get a refund which was due to a weather caused cancellation. Strong recommend.

We did 3 sessions back to back with my friends and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The team was super professional and fun and made our wakeboarding experience in the island top 👌🏻
