    Perfect day out!
My friend and I booked this tour and I must say it went really smoothly. From the moment they picked us up to the time they dropped us back home. I personally emailed the company to thank them, that's how great it was. First of all, the driver was excellent and we felt very safe, then our guide was extremely kind and she made sure people were on time, respected their seated place in the bus and ensure we had all the required information about the places we were visiting. So I can highly recommend this tour, I'd do it in a heartbeat again. Agios Nikolaos was -to me- even more beautiful than Chania, the tour boat to Spinalonga and the time alloated to visit the island was great, I feel like we've learned a lot. After that, we had time to swim in the ssmall fisherman village (take some shoes as the beach is rocky and it's tough to get out of the water barefoot), and to finish, we had an hour to go around in Elounda, another beautiful city. Least to say, we had a blast. Honestly, one of the best tour my friend and I had in Crete. You can book this tour without thinking twice!

basically the landscapes and the tour itself was good with the few exceptions but the taxi ruined the end of the trip
Sonya the tour guide was the best tour guide we ever had. Bus was fairly comfy, it had AC that kinda worked. And the tour was fairly good executed. Regarding the coupon for food that we get with a ticket for a ship ride (extra 7€) if you want to get lunch, lunch was eh, it was between 1 paprika filled with rice and meat, a pizza that was literally a dough with ketchup and store bought cheese. It was really below basic. When taxi picked us up in the morning for a bus ride to Chania, they asked us to walk to another hotel that wasn’t ours. When we were coming back, we saw that driver pulled everybody in front of their hotels/apartments except us, even tho we politely asked driver to leave us in front of our hotel which is 2 min away by car and 10 to 15 by walk, he just said no and left us in front of some other hotel in the dark with no wifi. (Our hotel was on a pick-up list). So basically the landscapes and the tour itself was good with the few exceptions but the taxi ruined the end of the trip.

    Most interesting Corfu museum
Good tourguide, ventilated area and most importantly interesting museum. You see the real life of the locals in the past, and get to taste some local liquor. Worth a visit!

    Beautiful!
A wonderful and relaxing cruise. Beautiful islands visited and an opportunity to snorkel and swim on a couple of the islands. Even got to see some dolphins! Great stocked up bar and Maria was very informative - and talented - with her translation from 4 languages on the guided tour! Don’t miss this one!

    Santorini
Amazing service-highly recommended We took the Santorini 3 days cruise and were completely amazed of how well organized all services were. Truly professional indeed. We received our vouchers prior to departure and the first driver gave us our boat tickets. Another driver was waiting for us at the port that took us to a nice hotel. Don’t miss booking also the optional tour as it is well worth seeing the Volcano of Santorini. Well done guys, hope to see you soon!

I booked this tour about two months in advance and received my voucher a few weeks before for leaving for Greece. The voucher had instructions to meet our guide at the old port in Mykonos at 10. The tour was more money than the typical group tour on Delos but they said they provided small group tours with no more than 10 per group and I wanted the benefit of a small group and an experienced tour guide because I learned the usual tour is a bit rushed with a large group. Because the ferry departs at 10 we got to the old port at 9:30 to look for our guide. No one was there but I saw a place for tours to check in. I checked in there and was provided ferry tickets but they explained I was to wait for my guide. Since I didn’t see any signs for “Royal Delos” I called the company to make sure there wasn’t a problem. No one picked up the phone and the answering machine was in Greek. I continued to wait hoping they’d show but after waiting until 10 I boarded the Ferry hoping I might find my group on Delos. When we arrived at Delos I again looked for a sign that said “Royal Delos” but there was none. I called again and this time I got someone. I explained the situation and he said I must have missed the boat. That made no sense because I had a spot on the ferry and made it to Delos. I explained I was looking for my guide and he kept saying I missed the ferry. Then he started screaming at me, told me to call Trip Advisor, and hung up on me. I had to pay to get into Delos and had no guide and as a result my experience on Delos was less than ideal.

Trip Advisor did refund me the tour costs in full so I wasn’t out any money... but the whole purpose of research and using these sites is to prevent mishaps that result in not getting to experience the sites we travel across the globe to see. I had other great tours with trip advisor/Viator. In all cases the tour guide was proactive to make sure we met up and provided contact info.

I shouldn’t have booked with this company especially since they didn’t have any reviews. It’s a scam. They collect the money and don’t show. If they showed at all then they didn’t have any signage or means of finding them and didn’t pick up the phone if there was a problem. I saw everyone on Delos and on the ferry and they never were there. My only hope is to warn you not to use this company I have advised Trip Advisor/Viator about them and they’re looking into the company and will remove them if they are scammers... but until then... buyer beware!

Dear valuable guest, Thank you for sharing your review with the Trip Advisor community. First of all we would like to inform that the tour you booked is not private and not a small group tour as it is very famous worldwide. Also it was never mentioned that there will be a guide holding a Royalty Escapes sign as we work with suppliers and we are based in Athens. The issue was that you missed indeed the ferry of our supplier although everything was written clearly in your voucher. We didn' t have any other report of such an issue and the occupancy was really high that period. We believe this review has been made in purpose but we will not investigate further as our main aim is satisfied customers that are thrilled with our services. Best Regards, Royalty Escapes Team
