      Promoción Estupenda Turquia
My experience was very bad. I took a tour of Turkey and everything was additional, the value of which is not revealed until you are in the place. For the balloon tour they charged me 340 euros, which in reality costs 170. The additional ones in Istanbul are also very expensive and the hotels more than 30 kilometers from the historic center. They force you to hire to have mobility. I doubled what they charged me for the tour with the additional ones. The guides are generally good. They also do not warn of the dangers of scams. NEVER pay with a credit card. They change the amounts and use the keys I spent in the Grand Bazaar

      Our Best Vacation Ever!
Everything Greca scheduled for us happened perfectly. Their guides met us at the exact time and locations as described in their emails. When they met us they explained everything very well as to what the excursions would cover. The views were amazing at each location. We would highly recommend Greca to all our friends and family!

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Our experience with Greca was good, bad, and ugly. The Good: We started off well, with a useful conversation with George in which he helped us create a rough itinerary, narrowing down our options to fit the time limits of our trip. The hotels that we ended up at on Paros and Naxos were both very good, so we appreciated those arrangements. All the transfers worked seamlessly and very punctually. We especially appreciated an “assistant” who met us at the Ferry terminal near Athens to smooth our process of getting our bags properly stored on the boat. Without that, we would have been very lost, and it helped to know what to do on the two subsequent ferry trips. So that was great. The Bad: After the conversation with George, we booked the tour we’d discussed at the 4-star hotel rate. But when the itinerary arrived (they refer to this as a “voucher”) two of the three hotels were 3-star hotels. And there was also an error in the scheduling of one of the tours, booked on the wrong day. And so began a painful process of bad communications with Greca. Rather than explain to us the options and the reasons for the booking, they went ahead and changed hotels. We’d have conversations with someone, and they would then have to “send the request to the reservations department," causing delays. It was already difficult to connect due to time zone differences, but this referral to their “reservation department” added days to every attempt at change. Further the modified “vouchers” often contained mistakes and contradictions, which then would have to be resolved, causing further delays, uncertainty, and anxiety for us. The Ugly: Upon our return to Athens after our trips to Paros and Naxos, we arrived in the evening at the hotel listed on the voucher, and which had been confirmed in previous emails. But the hotel said they had no record of our reservation, and had no available rooms. When we called Greca, they said “we have to find out what happened.” In the meantime, the hotel told us that they have a “sister hotel” down the block and upon checking, saw that our reservation was there. But Greca was still trying to “find out what happened,” rather than checking that other hotel and helping us get settled. We walked the block to the other hotel and were checked in. The next day, after a long day touring Athens we arrived back at the hotel to find our room key not working, and the hotel informing us that the bill had not been paid! Called Greca again, and again were told “we have to find out what happened.” They seemed to lose their focus on their primary responsibility to their client - to help us get back to our room by simply paying the bill! I told them that “what happened” is of no concern to us locked out of our room. That “finding out what happened” was something that they could do in their own time, but that we needed to get into our room! But they kept insisting on needing to find out “what happened” leading us to pay the bill ourselves, in hopes of getting refunded later. We did receive a refund from Greca about a week later, but the experience of a botched reservation, and then a failure to pay the bill severely inconvenienced us on two successive nights. I cannot recommend Greca due to difficulty communicating with them, delays due to the way they are organized with a separate “reservations department” that add delays to any modifications, multiple mistakes on the vouchers, and their failure to take adequate care of us in the face of their mistakes.

A true nightmare. I honestly dont encourage you to book here.
I booked my tour to turkey + Greece and it was a disaster. Claudia was the agent that assisted me. As soon as i made the payment the follow up was none. I had to literally beg them to send me my vouchers and my itinerary while I was ALREADY IN THE COUNTRY. Although I spoke to them everyday before the tour and after I had reassurances they booked me a WRONG itinerary and because of that I lost my globe tour in CAPADOCCIA equivalent to 250USD. After that I was very dissapointed and angry. They reassured me that it was the only mistake.... days later they forgot to book me my city tour in ISTAMBUL even though they sent me a WhatsApp and an email to confirm the tour (THE ONLY DAY THAT I HAD TO VISIT THE CITY). This was may 1st time visiting this countries and all I wanted was to have an agency that could let me jave some worry free vacations... I could not have been more mistaken.

DO NOT BOOK WITH GRECA TOURS
Horrible customer service, this agent hang up on me, didn’t even want to listen, he talks too much and won’t let me talk. I had a customized tour, where I have some credit to use, so I asked for a hotel upgrade. Greca travel tour gave us 4 star hotel upgrade at Blue Suites Hotel in Santorini. We didn’t expect that our hotel would be so nasty, molds in the bathroom and closets, no locker box, etc, we found out that they paid the cheapest room in that hotel, it shouldn’t matter as it was supposed to be a 4 star no matter what room we get, but again we got the worst room, I called Greca tours and I was advised to talk straight to the hotel admin for exchange of room. At that time they were fully booked. So I asked Greca to book us a different hotel since we still have remaining credit. I asked to proceed with the booking but I was told I have to pay extra 70 euro “to proceed”. I said no I do not want to pay extra. So I told them to disregard as I already booked us cheaper than what they were asking. Then, Greca said they already booked us and there’s 100% penalty. Why would they ask for 70 euro if they already booked us? They did not say anything to me at the very beginning, he only asked to pay to proceed and let them know once it’s paid. I asked to cancel it anyway. So when we got to this new hotel, lady from front desk said there are two reservations under my name, that I should call the agency to have their reservation canceled. I called Greca but they didn’t bother cancel it. Now, I have been talking to customer service with screenshots of our WhatsApp chat to prove that they asked me to pay 70euro “to proceed” and when I asked to disregard they wouldn’t even care to call the hotel reservation to deal with it. I am still waiting for my credit and speak to the supervisor. Depending on what happens, I would strongly not recommend Greca for future travel, save your money, horrible customer service. Once they got your money they are done with you, worst service, plus, you can save your money when you book your own travel. You can search a nicer hotel without a hassle.

      Greca Travel Agency worse experience
Greca Agency is the worse, their lack of communication and poor information leads us with too many problems. First, they changed hotel at any time, it supposed to be 4 starts hotel but we ended out in a Best Western Hotel with filthy bathroom and no heating system. We complained to the manager on duty, however, the manager at the location was rude with bad attitude. (Venice) The hotel in Florence was the worse the room has poor amenities, no coffee station, the HVAC was turned off and the breakfast buffet was not refilling all the time. The hotel Raffaello was much better because the room and breakfast were more comfortable. In addition, our tourist leader Mariela, did not have the patience and kindness to lead the tour cause on many occasions she let us to figure out what the town history really means she did not explain to us in details the town history. Example: Assis, Siena, Bologna and Padua. Finally, the driver Valdore was very professional and always willing to help others with luggages and bottle of water. Packages tour we purchased Michelangelo. 4/21/2024 - 4/27/2024

Best value for visiting 3 islands in the Saronic Gulf from Athens
We did the "CRUISE TO 3 ISLANDS OF THE SARONIC GULF FROM ATHENS" tour. Excellent tour. If you want to experience traveling in the Saronic Gulf and have limited time in Athens, this is the tour! It takes you to three ports at a reasonable price. They offer a guided tour in Aegina Island (must do), but I would just do the self-tour in Hydra. Buffet lunch was very good and the Turkish dancing was entertaining. It's a relaxing boat ride between the islands and you get excellent views of the islands. It was such a wonderful excursion. Would do it again.

      Athens and Rome Honeymoon
Greca took care of every step of our honeymoon. We spent 9 days divided between Athens, islands in Greece and Rome. We had beautiful, clean, centrally located hotels, and so many fun activities and tours. I had never been out of the United States before this trip and Greca made it seamless. Thank you for helping me in creating lifelong memories with my husband.

      WALKING TOUR!!!
My wife and I were disappointed that it was a walking tour: we thought that because of the price it was a tour by some means of transportation: it was not very clear from the beginning. I think they should advertise it as WALKING TOUR GRECA or something like that. Being a walk, it seemed a bit long to us (more than two hours). For that reason alone I lower the rating, because it is not advertised properly. If that doesn't matter to you, the information given is very interesting.

      Not for seniors
I’m a senior in my seventies with medical issues. This trip was extremely physically demanding. Pulling all bags and luggage on and off ferries several times to different islands, quickly on steep ramps with hundreds of passengers stampeding around you and no help. No one around to direct you when and where to go. Never anyone available by phone when you call Greca for assistance. Basically you have no guidance and no assistance. It is not a tour. They book where you are going and you are on your own. If you have any problems like we did, you need to find a solution yourself. Once we got off on the wrong island and were stranded. Another time the bus left without us at another port because they thought they had everybody. Meanwhile we’re standing on concrete in the hot Greek sun trying to call Greco with no call back.

      I couldn’t be more disappointed
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Greca travel agency. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. Our pick-up transportation was not available, leaving us stranded. We had to reach out to Greca for assistance, and they arranged an Uber to take us to our hotel. Throughout our trip, we encountered numerous issues with our transportation, which was supposed to be provided by Greca. This led to multiple frustrating calls to the agency for help. To make matters worse, the hotels listed on our itinerary did not match the actual accommodations we were provided. One particular hotel that we were assigned to at the last minute was absolutely horrendous. The walls were dirty, and we even had to share our room with lizards. It was an unacceptable experience. When we brought this to the attention of Greca, they insisted that we pay for a different hotel, the one that was originally included in our itinerary. This meant that we had to pay extra for something that was supposed to be arranged and paid for in advance. To add insult to injury, we did not receive any refund for the inconvenience and poor service. Not only did Greca fail to inform us about the last-minute change in our hotel, but their customer service was also incredibly disappointing. I had to make numerous calls to them, resulting in a significantly higher phone bill. And the long wait times on hold only added to my frustration. I cannot express enough how let down I am by this entire experience. It is worth mentioning that this was my second experience with Greca. My first encounter with them in Greece was quite positive, and they did a good job. However, this recent trip to Italy has left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite my disappointment, I have not received any form of compensation, and I will provide updates on the situation. For now, I have decided not to use Greca for any future travels and cannot recommend their services.

Wish I had done it myself
Terrible customer service leading up to the trip. The prepared itinerary did not work, some places were closed on the days we were scheduled to be there and didn't account for travel time. We had to skip some things in order to have time at the major sites. We also had to book all of our own tickets to the cultural sites. The Athens hotel had black mold everywhere.
