We arrived very late as a group of 8 and were met by a very friendly and helpful driver. He made us feel very welcome and drove us in a very comfortable and clean car for the journey to Rethymno. I could not fault the service and would recommend Crete Cabs

I had an excellent experience with this taxi company during our visit to Crete. We initially booked a standard car, but to our pleasant surprise, they upgraded us to a larger, more comfortable vehicle at no extra cost. The car was spotless and in great condition, which made our journey even more enjoyable. The driver was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The customer service was top-notch, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company for anyone traveling around Crete!

Fabulous service , our taxi was their on time and the driver was beyond courteous carried our bags . Was super. The only thing was that we were supposed to go to desk 6🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️, couldn’t find it.

A nice guy picked us up in front of the airport, helped us with the baggage and guided us to our car. The driver was very kind, handed us a bottle of cold water and drove us savely to our hotel. Everything worked out fine! Thank you!

Driver (WILLIAM/BILL) was rude, impatient & pushy as soon as I walked up to him in the arrivals hall. Our flight was delayed in departing the UK because we were held on the runway & when we went to collect our luggage from the carousel it broke down for quite a long time. He was angry because he was going to be late for the next customer which I understand, but surely us giving our flight number would of enabled him to see we were delayed & them plan accordingly. I asked if i could go back through to the luggage collection as the rest of my party still hadn’t received all their luggage but I was told I was unable to which made the driver more irate. The whole experience made us feel really uncomfortable and wasn’t a nice start to our family holiday. I can see this company has many great reviews but I definitely would not recommend them & will not be using them again.

The driver was expecting us at the Heraklion airport. Very polite person, and offered to help with the luggage, offered us cold water. We had a safe trip to our location.

We booked CreteCab a few days before flying to Heraklion and paid for a return to Elounda by card. The driver was waiting for us at Heraklion although the flight had been delayed by over an hour. His car had a problem in the car park but it was rapidly replaced. On the return the driver arrived at our Hotel 15 minutes before the booking. Both cars were air-conditioned luxury models, both drivers were safe, excellent and very polite. I would absoutely recommend using this company in Crete.

Booked and paid online. Driver at airport with name card, did have to walk to carpark with driver when we were picked up. Good journey. Return journey the driver was early and a good drive to the aiport, driver very nice. Water bottles on both journeys. would recommend.
