Horrible. DO NOT BOOK.

Horrible. Negative rating if possible. I echo the Viator comment. I didn't get ANY communication in the days leading up (compared to all my other tours). I tried to Whatsapp the number provided from the US before I took off. No response. I landed in Athens and contacted Viator, who also tried to contact them with no success. When I landed, there was no one waiting and no communication. I sent another WhatsApp message and finally heard back that it was a wrong number. Seriously. I demanded a cancellation and refund which Viator completed and I took a taxi from the airport. Just what you want after almost 24 straight hours of travel arriving in a new place. However, I then spent a half hour trying to figure out how to write this review (had to do it via Tripadvisor) because I'd cancelled it...DO NOT BOOK THIS. And if you do, and no one shows, write the review before requesting a refund :) Ugh. Feels like a scam.
