Ours was a special tour based on time restraints as caused by ship; thus didn't do wine country. Alexander our guide was truly outstanding in his knowledge along with doing several historical stops as we appreciated the history of the area. In addition the tour company was willing to put together an excellent trip for us.

The Jeep Safari adventure was an excellent experience. Our driver Michalis was thoughtful, informative, and very welcoming to our group. High marks for his presentation. We stopped at a taverna for coffee which was scenic and tasty. Advise travelers to confirm whether lunch is covered- there was a question which was handled to our satisfaction by Michalis.

We had a lovely day with Gesthemane and Stephanos. Our guide Gesthemane was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Stephanos was very experienced driver. We were able to see a lot on a day trip and felt very welcome and cared for while learning about Crete's history, culture, and the sites we were seeing on the tour. Highly recommend the experience.

My favorite tour of my trip to Greece! Nikos Klinis was my travel advisor for the day, and he filled our travels with history of Crete, mythology, and knew the good local spots to stop based on my interests. (Coffee? Local fruit? Byzantine churches? He knew where to go) The cave of Zeus was closed when I went, but luckily he was able to pivot easily to the Melidoni cave. Very personable and accommodating, he drove me around the entire day and we had a blast, I felt taken care of and saw and learned so much. I was traveling for artistic inspiration and feel like this tour especially offered a lot to be inspired by! Would recommend.

Driver Stephanos and guide Alexander were absolutely the best!!!!! Stephanos had drinks and snacks and was amazingly helpful! Alexander was full of knowledge and such a storyteller!! Will book again in future for next time!!!! Loved these 2!!!!

Antonios was perfect for our tour today. Due to a change in schedule we were unable to keep our original plan, however our trip to Chania, forts, small villages near the white mountains and seeing the cave in Gerontospilios was amazing. Antonio made sure we saw everything in Chania. We would have seen much more if we had more hours in the day

What a fun day with Nick and Paul! Spinalonga was fascinating. Lena, our tour guide, provided so much information about the site. We had a lovely seaside lunch at restaurant across from the beach and then spent an hour relaxing on the beach. The olive oil tour at Vissilakis estate was very interesting followed by a tasting. We enjoyed the products so much we shipped a box directly to our home. I highly recommend this tour with Nick and Paul.

We arranged a private tour with a personal guide and driver. Our guide, Olga Evangelia Solanou, was personable and informed; she knew exactly how to create an experience that was all things to everyone! Her knowledge and intuition about creating the ideal visitor experience for us included visits to beaches, villages, botanical gardens, and the best epicurean adventure ever! Our hope was to experience the authentic life of Crete and its sites, sounds and flavors and Olga saw to it we did! Both she and our driver Vasilis accommodated group mobility issues and our visit at each stop was flawless. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The professionalism and personable interactions with Olga and Vasilis made our visitor experience unforgettable. We came to Greece as strangers and we left as friends.

Loiana was brilliant. She made the tour exceptional . 7 stars out of 5. Her knowledge was beyond great. And as she recommended. You must do the museum First. It puts it in a more poignant experience. Ask for Loiana or Eleanor. Excellent transportation with a huge spread of fresh fruits! They made the entire experience unforgettable !

Travelling with three adults and one infant (3 months old). Costas, our driver, arrived at a small, side street, grabbed our bags from the trunk, placed on the curb and drove off, without confirming our location, name of the place. He stated, "this is the address, thank you" and rushed away. It was not the right address, there were no people there. We needed dropoff at a hotel, not a private row of homes. We checked the name of the address in the booking, and was accurate as we submitted it. The coordinator at the hotel called us, and warned us about taxi drivers leaving people in the wrong locations. The hotel was atop a steep hill and harder to access. She stated we were not the first with this problem from private transfer bookings (which is why she specifically recommends a specific company to handle). We did not use that advice, unfortunately. I would NOT recommend this provider or driver, who had the lack of personal interest to leave us with a child on the side of a road. I'll be disputing this charge as they did not complete our transfer.

My wife and I hired Snami to take us around the island. Nikos, our driver, went above and beyond in every aspect. He recommended areas to go to, took us to a beautiful overlook, prepared a picnic, and a fantastic dinner in a palazzo. We had a long day of driving around Crete and Nikos was able to share the island's rich history. Our day was truly enhanced by having Nikos and we will never forgot how special he made our day! Wishing him all the best and looking forward to seeing him and using Snami next time we visit Crete!

It was unforgettable experience. Tour operator messaged us the day before and provided with name and phone number of the tour guide. They picked us from the hotel on time. Tour guide Popi was very knowledgeable in history of Crete and Greece. She explained things on the way and during sightseens. The tour was talored to our needs and abilities. The driver was very experienced and nice. We were treated with the plate of local fruits and desserts during the stop. The sights were amazing. I would strongly recommend this tour.

We booked a day to hike, and visit a small town in Crete. Our driver, Nikos, was as good as it gets. He provided history about Crete and set up a tour at an olive oil farm when we changed our schedule. Nikos was a great driver and make the Crete experience much better for our family.

A truly Authentic Cretan Experience! We were lucky enough to have Ionna as our guide, she truly catered the tour to our vision. It was our favorite day in Crete. When our driver Nikos, took us outside for the panoramic view of Agios Nikolaos, and we enjoyed fresh fruit, on what seemed like the most private experience, my husband and I knew we were in for a treat. We loved the olive oil factory, and how Ionna really made sure we experienced the island the way we wanted to, even with a private boat around Spinalonga. We had an amazing lunch in Plaka, and were lucky enough to enjoy the company of both our driver and guide the entire day.
