Excellent tour guide. Spoke many languages and watched for every one of his quest. Excellent planning for a pleasant day for all ages. Swimming and relaxing on three different beaches, a boat ride over deep aqua clear water with such cliffs of interest. Nice restaurants with water view that know how to serve a large group coming in. But was comfortable and air conditioned well Over all you’ll come home with wonderful memories and a pleasantly tired body.

The trip was cancelled because the Gorge closed for seismic assessment. I was very happy to see the change reversed, although i really wanted to go.

The places we visited were very nice, but it was a bit rushed at Chania and too long at the lake. The bus hardly had any air conditioning and it felt we were in an oven in such a hot day.

I recommend this day trip, its a lovely day out. The pick up and drop offs were well organised. The scenery was spectacular driving through the mountains from Chania and there was a stop to take photos. At Damnoni beach we took the boat to Prevali beach with its amazing palm trees. Those who were much fitter than me climbed up paths to the top to see the beatiful views of the coast. After a 2hr stay we went back by boat to Prevali Beach and back on the coach to Platinas. There was an hour stop to eat lunch. I would advise bringing toilet paper for the stop at Prevali beach as it is very busy and it had run out! If I had one criticism about the trip, it would be that I would have liked to stay at Damnoni beach for longer instead of going to Platinas.

Incorrect details sent for the pickup location were sent via email. Missed the trip to Herakleion and Knossos and wasted a day.

After searching the area for trips wich both included boat and bus, my doughter found this trip interesting! Eveything else in Rethymnon was sold out the nex week!! For the Price I really have no words! And for the safety Queen Elena and the bus driver who guided us safely through 3!!! different unique places wich includes high mountains, deep valeys, waterfals, crystal clear water, lovely boat trip and most of al the precise pickups, corresponding and her clear speach! Bravo!!!

The scenery on the drive was amazing and the driver and guide were friendly, polite and informative. The prices for the 2 places we stopped for breakfast and lunch were expensive, cheaper food and drinks were at the beach. This was not what the guide told us, and being so mislead was very disappointing.

We paid $443 for 2 adults. There were other similar tours for $360 and up. The description of the tour and texts with the tour company led me to believe that we were going to Santorini on a smaller 50 person sailing catamaran, but ended up on the huge ferry that holds about 2,200 people. The description said that, and I quote, "taking a refreshing swim at a black sand beach." We only went to the 2 listed villages. We lost our expert guide for the last couple of hours as he was leading the boat tour to the volcanic island which would have cost extra. A total rip off!!!

SCAM, LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF BAD REVIEWS. I will remove the word scam from the title once we got our refund. And update the review to reflect how it it was handled. We booked a trip to the Samaria Gorge. And we've received an email with a link and location where the bus will pick us up. But the location in the link was different from where they said we should go. So we asked them which one is correct. Follow the link they said. I've attached all the proof. So see for yourself. The bus never showed up. I called the emergency number but he just said too bad, contact the office. The office is telling us we were at the wrong pickup location. WE WENT WHERE YOU TOLD US TO GO. It's a scam, give us a solution or our money back. And call someone back especially when they ask you too. And please check, most positive reviews on their office in Crete, only placed 1 or 2 reviews in the past. So there's a very high chance those are fake. Most of them are also general. They say nothing about a tour or whatever. Unemphatic, they only want your money.

Very nice and educational trip to Knosos. We went as 2 friends, got picked up around 9 A.M and were done in Hiraklion around 3 P.M. For the price, the value of the tour is amazing. You get transport to Knosos, fast entrance and a very good guided tour around the palace. Moreover, it is almost mandatory to have a guide, since there are very little historical information avaliable to read for free at the site. As a very nice addition, the visit to the local bee-farm and a quick tour around Hiraklion were both very enjoyable. -Alex&Martin

Must not be missed. The water is crystal clear and cooler in the south which I found refreshing. Bring your snorkeling gear. I regret I didn’t have mine. Was told that there were beautiful colourful fish of different sizes at Prveli. There is also a river with palms all around which is magical. Plakias beach beautiful too! Was very organised and tour guide Barbara did a great job, with very clear dialogue in both English and German. Thank you! 🙏

What an amazing day trip so much packed in and lots of free time to explore the different places, I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to explore lots of places for very cheap

Fantastic day filled with amazing information about the beautiful island of Crete. Stella was brilliant and looked after us very well from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go again, especially to dip into those beautiful seas again. Thank you so much Stella!

Let's start with a positve remark: Preveli river and beach is wonderful. But this was my worst guided tour ever. We left Chania and went to see a gorge, the guide said it was wonderful waterfall and gave us 30 minutes to go down and see. She did not inform that it was a very long path not suitable for everybody. In fact it had so many rocky and high steps and I had to go down slowly because,even if I am still young and in good health, I had sport accidents and I have problems with my knees with steps. However, I went ahead beacause I throught the path would become easier and I was eager to see the waterfall -which turned out not to be one. There was just a little river not at all worhty seeing! And the path is very dangerous long and not suitable for everybody- but they don't warn you, neither do they come down with the group to see if someone falls and breaks his neck! The worst thing is that it took me time to go back because my knees hurt, and we arrived late. Everybody was waiting for us and guide was very rude to me, thought it was not my fault beacause she did not give any recommandation nor correct information concerning the "fake' waterfall. The guide not only shouted at me and scolded me in front of everybody, but she did not even ask if we had met with some problems and she continued being sarcastic to me the mircophone. I felt humiliated, angry and the whole day was terrible. Notice that in the final part the tour stopped at the Greek Taverna and we left again with a 20 minutes delay. But the guide was not with the other people who wasted time: in fact they were eating and spendong money on the Taverna. I even wrote a letter of complaint. No answer, no saying "we are sorry". Shameful.
