I am from England and booked through booking .com, arriving 24/06/2024 , I took my UK driving Licence , the booking form and the appropriate credit card with an excess to accommodate the Pending excess fee(which is returned at the end of the rental). I must say they were great ,the car an Hyundai 120 aithough not perfect , it did already have little knocks on it, but it was just what we wanted for our 11 days in Crete, the staff were not pushy, very friendly, we told them we had already purchased CDW in the uk , the young lady showed me the car basics and we shook hands and I was away, return was just as pleasant, so from my own experiece I will gladly reccomend this companyWritten July 9, 2024
