Irene organized an incredible family vacation for us to Crete and Athens, with a side trip to Delphi and a day trip sailing. Irene helped us when two members changed their plans, re-routing their arrival, departure, hotel accommodations, and transfers. This was after we had already finalized the details and payment of the trip. Our trip was complicated by having relatives from three states joining us with differing agendas. We have worked with Irene several times before and only chose her and her agency for our travel needs. She is wonderful!

Irene and her team at Travel Smart are incredible! We went with Travel Smart as a university group with 17 travelers. The tours and transportation that were arranged for us were phenomenal and seamless. The hotel they chose was perfect for a student experience. I asked for a week of seeing the best sites and Irene delivered. We were centrally located in Athens where we visited the Acropolis, and took day trips to Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Delphi, and even stayed overnight on the island of Hydra. All of this included certified, experience guides for a reasonable price for college students. I could not recommend working with Travel Smart any more!

Irene was amazing and planned our tours and hotel stays in Santorini, Mykonos and Athens. All good hotels and tours were very good as well.

I traveled on a group trip to Greece and all of the communication and logistics with Irene at Travel Smart were seamless. Transportation was coordinated extremely well and the tours and guides arranged for our group at various locations were fabulous!

We had a wonderful trip to Greece, in large part due to our amazing travel agent, Irene (Irini) Komatseli. Our trip logistics were fairly complex, due to the multiple locations we moved to throughout Greece. Irene was absolutely professional and kind, setting ujp amazing private tours and making reservations for us. There was not a single snag on her part. She visited us while in Athens both at the beginning and end of our trip to discuss how everything went. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a worry-free trip to Greece!

I travelled with a group this summer ( 2022), on a tour arranged by Irene, at Travel Smart. She sent a car for us at the airport. The driver was waiting for us as we arrived, and took our luggage and off we went,in a clean, smoke-free, Mercedes Sprinter. The cost was reasonable ( 50 euros) to Syntagma. This set the tone, for a most enjoyable journey, curated by Irene and her staff.She was extremely affable and hospitable. She joined us for our first group dinner( made sure all our dietary needs were addressed) and was always in communication with us, as we dealt with issues related to change of plans ( due to Covid etc...)She worked with us, finding solutions to whatever scenario we tossed at her. Our tour was very professionally and carefully planned, from the excellent bus driver to the informative tour guide who accompanied us. The places of interest, the hotels and the meals, were carefully chosen to suit our needs and our demographic. I will definitely return with my family and have Irene, with Travel Smart make all the arrangements. Honestly, she was so easy to work with and made the logistics of the trip stress free.Wonderful find!
