I had many exciting and enjoyable experiences during my five days in Athens. But this dance course was definitely the highlight of the trip. I can recommend it without hesitation to anyone who is enthusiastic about at least one of the following: dancing, listening to Greek music, being in an idyllic place in nature, being together with lovely people, laughing together, learning interesting things about Athens. I can get excited about all of this and was therefore more than satisfied.
I particularly liked how Tania and her husband Kóstos managed to make us all feel very comfortable as a group after a short time, both myself and another solo traveler as well as a couple. The individual differences in previous dance experience were taken into account. Some of the dances were challenging, but not overwhelming - and if they were, we were able to laugh about it together.
As if all this wasn't convincing enough, there were also QR codes as a bonus, which lead to YouTube playlists with videos of the dances we learned, and we ourselves were recorded on video several times while dancing. These videos make it even easier to remember this course forever. Thank you Tania and Kóstos for this experience. One can definitely feel that you love what you do with these classes.

I feel really excited that i was part of this activity, it was an amazing and unique experience! I would heartily recommend every adult to try this course because it's beyond the learning of specific steps and that it is. In this lesson you will learn about the history of every dance, where people used to dance it and why. Tania is an excellent teacher and makes you feel like you already know her! Thank you Tania, we'll certainly meet again!!!!

We had a great time with Costas and Tania, a lovely couple. Tania makes it completely adapted for beginners. We had fun and it was beautiful to discover the stories linked to the dances. The dances in circle has something special and powerful. We just love it ! 💕 thank you so much for sharing that with us 🙏🥰

It was an amazing experience! We started our vacation in Athens and wanted to learn some traditional Greek dances without any prior knowledge but Tania, with the help of Alexandra and Konstantinos, were able to teach us several dances throughout the course. Tania is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience and a great teacher on top of that! When we booked the course she even asked which places in Greece we planned to visit so she could teach us some of the local dances we might encounter. The entire course took place on a beautiful hill near the Acropolis and Prison of Socrates surrounded by nature.
Overall, the music was great, the course was amazing, the people were friendly and this was definitely a highlight of our trip that we would recommend to anyone visitting Athens! A definite must-do!
Many greetings from Belgium, Michaël!

We joined the dancing with a family with 3 children at the age of 10 to 14. We learned different traditional dance styles, with basic steps, and also learned the background of the dances and where they came from. A nice and advisable experience in addition to all the other cultural sights.

This dance class was great! We met at the stated location near the tourist tour bus stop, and then took a short walk to the activity‘s setting, making a stop at the Prison of Socrates. The clearing with a view of the acropolis through the trees really is perfect for dancing! Tania is great at explaining the different dances, explaining their origin and even translating some of the songs we danced to.
This was definitely a highlight of my trip!

We had a wonderful time learning Greek folk dances. We are senior citizens, and Tania and Costas tailored the teaching to our abilities. The steps of the dances were similar, which made learning them easier for us. They explained where the dances came from, who would dance them, the meaning of the lyrics, and under what circumstances they were danced. They even provided refreshments. It was an unforgettable experience.

I was unsure at first because I’m really uncoordinated however I was instantly made to feel comfortable.
It was great to get the steps slowly and be able to join in and then put the parts together to make the whole dance
A big thank you to both Tanya and Kostas for a wonderful time
