We had 6 hours between hotel checkout and our fight time, after several days in Athens sightseeing on our own. Engaged for a half day tour with hotel pickup and airport drop off. Our Driver/Guide quickly figured out what we had already experienced in the city center, adapted our route, and took us on a wonderful drive around the old city walls, the national park, the other high point in Athens, and then toward the port and along the ocean front, ending at the airport via a local route. Our guide “Chris” was a delight to be with. This was an unexpected and unplanned pleasure.

This tour was our favorite part of the trip! To be able to see all of the interesting biblical sites was amazing. This company was very knowledgeable and it was so convenient to have a driver for the full day who knew exactly where we should go. Easy to communicate and 100% recommend.

We spent 2 wonderful days with Theodore as our driver. It was our 2nd trip to Athens so we wanted to explore some of the sites out of the city. Fantastic Nighttime excursion including stunning Acropolis, harbor, and hill views. We finished the night at a local favorite restaurant of our guide, Anestes. We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable host and driver.

I took a private trip from Athens all the way to Lefkada with Anestis. Booking a 5 hour private car as a solo female in a foreign country can be nerve-wracking butthe whole experience from booking to pickup was easy and comfortable Anestis was the sweetest and had so much good information to share about the area, we just overall had great conversation. The car was nice and clean and again the process was so easy. I will visit greece again and I will use this service again no problem.

A Ohio Erie Towpath Ride North This past month (October 2024), I met a long-time friend North from St. Clairsville Ohio at the Trailhead near Ernie's' Bike Shop north of Massillon Ohio. We had planned to travel to Peninsula Ohio on our E-Bikes North and stop at several of the historical Towpath Locks on the Towpath Trail. However once we arrived at Canal Fulton Ohio on the trail, we decided to stop and tour this little 'quaint town' and its noticeable historical sites. This little town is worth the time to stop and tour. If you are visiting there, take time to stop at the Sisters Century House Restaurant. Great menu and great desserts. The small shops and many sidewalks provide a pleasing way to spend an afternoon in Canal Fulton. We visited a nice bike shop, had a great lunch and visited the historical towboat/flatboat display on the Towpath route. I plan on visiting this area again soon in warmer weather. JL ps - ha, we didn't make it to Peninsula this time ... we had too much to see and do at Canal Fulton :)

Anetsis was our car service to and from airport. In addition to this he was also our our day trip driver /host to the archeological site of Delphi. In all cases he was exceptionally helpful, friendly, engaging and informative. A very enjoyable experience!!

Dionisis couldn't have made scheduling and planning the transfers to/from the airport any easier. He always responded quickly and thoroughly. He never failed to answer my questions with courtesy and professionalism...even when I asked more than once because I may have forgotten I already asked. By the time I landed in Athens, I was already pleased with the service. There were four of us in our group with luggage taking the transfer from Athens airport to the Plaka. Our driver, Chris, contacted us early and often to ensure he was there when our plane landed. When we came out with the bags, Chris met us and took us to the Mercedes van waiting outside. The van was impeccably maintained and very comfortable. Chris loaded our bags for us and gave us water and then we set off for Athens. The trip is around 45 minutes with light traffic and Chris filled that time with stories of geography, history, and architecture of Athens. He made that ride seem like it only took 10 minutes. Chris was funny and articulate and engaging and really made the ride enjoyable for all of us. We were also amazed at his driving skills. Getting a van that size through those tiny streets was no small feat...but he did it and managed to drop us on block from our house which was at the base of the Acropolis. Even after he left us, Chris kept in touch with texts providing great information on restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. Those recommendations really paid off. Chris was also our driver back to the airport, luckily for us. He was again early in picking us up so we didn't have to wait around in the morning heat. As with the ride to Athens, the ride back to the airport was filled with information and stories and laughs. He was even able to answer why there were so many "interestingly shaped" bottle openers in Greece. That provided a good chuckle. When he dropped us at the airport hotel, he gave us more recommendations for how to spend the day on the south coast since our flights didn't leave until the following day. Chris and Dionisis are great representatives for Athens Limo. They're a small family business who obviously care very much for the people who put their faith in them by choosing their services. You really can't go wrong using Athens Limo for your transfer or tour needs.
