The lake experience was absolutely amazing and George, our Guide was fabulous 💖 We enjoyed the day very much.. it was lovely to wind down before we headed home. The little fish were fun, it was a relaxing feeling. The restaurant we were taken to for lunch was also fantastic, the good was delicious. I would highly recommend the excursion. We both loved how knowledgeable George was, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable, we felt we had known him for years😃George made an amazing day even better, 10 out of 10 🤩🤩🤩

We had a great tour with Crispy Local. They arranged for a driver (George) and a guide, Seriana there at the monasteries. We were able to customize our tour slightly due to a prior commitment but still managed to visit multiple monasteries, Thermopylae, and have a delicious lunch in Meteora. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area and the monasteries. Even though it was a long day, it didn't seem like it. I would highly recommend this tour to a group looking to see Greece beyond Athens.

Wonderful trip to see Poesidons temple at Cape Sounion. Anthony was an amazing driver and guide and made the experience easy and informative.

What a lovely place. Lots of opportunity for relaxation, but book your choice of lounger, deck chair, etc. in advance as your preferred option might not be available if you just turn up. Staff were very professional. Well run and recommended.

The views were amazing and Theo, our guide was excellent. Athens has much to offer, but it was a pleasure to experience a calmer and beautiful part of Greece. Theo was attentive and was concerned that we were comfortable and were able to enjoy the experience.

This tour offered exactly what we needed - transportation in comfort to a spectacular excursion in Meteora. Our driver was professional, informative and considerate. We had plenty of time to explore several of the monasteries in a setting with breathtaking views. Truly a unique way to spend our last day of our Greece vacation. After spending time exploring we were driven to town for a nice lunch.

Had a great trip to Sounion with our driver/guide, Nick! It has been 34 years since we were last in Athens, and it was amazing to see how much the city and the towns along the coast drive to Sounion have changed! But the views of the coast and the site/temple of Posiedon are still fantastic! Nick was very engaging, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this tour!

Had an amazing time. Was able to visit the ancient site of Sparta and the archaeological museum before heading off to the majestic medieval town. Our driver Harry was excellent. Very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Melina was a joy and an amazing tour guide. Her passion and knowledge of Greek history was great. Taking a private tour is the way to go for this tour. The location was also amazing. Highly recommend.

Our driver and guide, Theo, was very warm and friendly and he was an excellent host. We made several stops along the way so that we could enjoy the views and Theo talked to us about the different areas along the coast as we drove. Seeing the sun set at the temple was truly memorable. Theo gave us several options for dinner and we were very happy with the restaurant with traditional Greek food and a pleasant covered porch. We went to a nearby ice cream spot after dinner that was outstanding. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and we felt well taken care of by Theo.

We had a good time on this excursion. It was the relaxing day that we needed mixed with some sightseeing. The lake was filled with the fishes that eat your dead skin At one point there were about 100 around me. I didnt mind but some people might. Our driver Giorgios was very nice and informative. The private car which drove us around was super comfortable. The views at Poiseidon's temple are stunning.

Milena was very good guide the tour was a nice experience we saw beautifull Atica's landscape and the marvelous sunset in Cape Sounion were is Poseidon's Temple Dinner was in a good locak restaurant with homemade flavors try the Moussaka!

I cannot recommend this tour enough. Worth every penny. 3 women travelling together. After researching tours, we chose Crispy Locals private tour because we could have our own private driver and separate rooms in upscale hotels (rather than a coach bus with 50 strangers and sharing rooms at 2 or 3 star hotels). Our driver Melina was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Her enthusiasm and love of history really made the trip exceptional. The hotels were well situated and probably a 4-4.5 star by American standards. Food was excellent. We were able to customize the trip and take our time at the sites. We paid for private tour guides at the archeological sites and they were wonderful. All communications with Crispy Local were responded to promptly. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Quite simply stunning and in our humble opinions up there with Angkor Wat and Machu Picchu as magnificent places to visit. Our Driver/ Guide Harry was excellent. He arrived at our hotel bang on time, drove safely for what was, after all, a long drive, and gave us lots of insight on both the destination and on life in Greece in general. The 3 monasteries he selected for us to visit were well worth it and he made sure that the routes chosen were ones suitable for us, an active couple in our mid 60's. For example some of the visitors at Ayia Barbara, faced a long climb in the heat to reach the entrance and were clearly suffering, while Harry dropped us at the top so our path was downhill all the way. Why other guides didn't give such consideration to their guests beats me. The restaurant for lunch was excellent, both food and value wise. You will not need a starter and a main believe me. One or the other will still have you in a food coma on the drive back to your hotel. The comfort stop at the Thermopylae Monument was a treat for me, although there isn't too much to see there TBH. All in all one of our treasured life memories

We had a great trip. Before we left we made plans with Crispy Local and they worked with us to ensure that our trip met all our expecations. Melina was wonderful and guided us through our journey. She was very responsive to requests we made and we were never rushed. At every location we asked to have a private guide knowledgeable with each specific area. We were not disappointed. The hotel selections were top of the line. Every hotel had breakfast included. If you come to Greece I think you will enjoy going to all of these locations. Olympia, Delphi,Meteora are very different and enriched our vacation. When we came back Melina our guide was always availble to give us advice and guidance. When we had flight cancellations Crispy Local and Melina were very responsive answering our emails late in the night to accomodate our new schedules. I highly recommend.
