Absolutely fantastic experience on this excursion! Our tour guide's, Melina, knowledge of Greek history was incredible, and she shared it in such an engaging way that made the tour both educational and fun. Melina went above and beyond to ensure we were immersed in the experience, even recommending a wonderful lunch spot and taking us to an amazing ice cream place. She truly took care of us from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour – definitely an unforgettable trip!

Fantastic trip with our private guide Nick. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and we even had a brief stop off at a beautiful lake location. The coastal drive was breath-taking right up to the Greek meal at a traditional restaurant overlooking the harbour. From there we made our way up to Cape Sounion to look out over the picturesque bay with the Temple of Poseidon as the ideal backdrop. This made the sunset even more magical. A highly recommended tour with such a great host. Nick is a credit to the tour!

This was an amazing experience to spend the day just outside of Athens! Theo was our guide and he e was wonderful. He really cared so much for us to enjoy the day and was basically our personal photographer. The lake was so cool and the temple of Poseidon even cooler. Definitely recommend!

Giorgos was an excellent guide and driver for the full day tour. The drive was beautiful and relaxing. Meteora was stunning and more beautiful than expectations! The local lunch was delicious Greek food. Giorgos was lovely company, calm, smart and well educated tour guide! Highly recommend Meteora! Greek countryside is worth the drive and the monasteries were breathtaking entwined with beautiful Greek history.

Today we went to Meteora , on a day trip from Athens . Anthony , our driver was knowledgeable, kind and we felt we were in great hands , within the first 30 minutes in the car with him ! The day was spectacular .. we visited several monasteries and all the guides that were chosen by a Crispy Local, to accompany us inside the monasteries , were wonderful . Anthony knew exactly where to stop to take breathtaking pictures and returned us to Athens before 7:00 pm. The day was more than I dreamed it could be . We look forward to returning next year , and chosing Crispy Local to accompany us on our next tour adventure ! Thank you Ioannis.

We had a lovely day - such a nice way to spend one of our days in Athens. The Lake is beautiful and it was such an experience to have a swim around. The temple was an amazing sight and really worth a visit. Our tour guide, George, was lovely and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to hear some Greek history as he took us from place to place.

The lake and the temple were some of the most amazing views and the lake was very relaxing. The temple doesn’t have much walking involved at all so it is very easily accessible which is great. The entry tickets for each place I thought were reasonably priced and there are places to get drinks and food at the temple and lake which I thought I was good and they were also reasonably priced. The driver I had who was named Nick was a lovely guy and explained some of the history behind the lake and temple which was very interesting, he even gave us suggestions and tips on other fun things to do in Athens which was really nice. To sum this up me and my mum had a great time and would definitely recommend this trip to friends and family. If you come to Athens you must do this trip.

George was a fantastic knowledgeable tour guide. We did the Temple of Poseidon and he dropped us off for some of the best ice cream in town and gave us great advice for the rest of our stay in Athens. 100% worth the price, such great value!

This was a great way to end our time in Athens. A beautiful ride along the coast. Stops along the way in the countryside and on the coast. A great dinner with great views right on the water. Then sunset at the Temple of Poseidon. Great conversations along the way with our driver Henry about Greek history and current topics.

We loved this so much we went twice!!! We made our way by public transport, it took an age with the metro and a bus from central Athens but it was worth it. The facilities are clean and the food and drinks were good. We are in the restaurant the first time and wish we had done that again the second time it is much better than the food sent to your deck chair. We did try to upgrade to the cabanas on the return visit, you need to book ahead. The vibe was chilled and it was a great day swimming in the lake or pausing to let the fish feed off you. I would recommend this as a must do on your stop in Athens. The return trip was in our last day in Athens, there was space enough to take our carry on cases, so after we checked out of our apartment we headed back for the day. It didn’t disappoint. We had such a fun time. Harry was a great driver, he gave us recs and some history of Athens. The temple is beautiful, definitely worth a visit. And the lake is so relaxing and fun. Overall, highly recommend.

Today we had the best day!!! The lake was SO much fun!!! The kids (5 and 9) loved seeing all the fishes coming around their feet, the water was beautiful and it was such a great change of scenery after a day in the city yesterday. The temple was beautiful and we were lucky enough to be the only ones there and have the temple all by ourselves for 15 minutes. What a difference from the business of the Acropolis yesterday! Nathan was really awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and super flexible. He reali allowed us to enjoy the day. He brought us to wonderful restaurant right by the water were we had the best fish. All in all I cannot recommend this trip and this company more.
