Greece scenery was spectacular, only rivaled by its historical wonders. Our tour group was shown many of the most wonderful places. The local guides were very knowledgeable. The food served to our group was 6/10. We would have liked to have more 'variety' of local Greek food. But, we tended to have similar dishes over and over. For example, we were served Pastitsio on a regular basis.

We had Nikos as our driver and Matina as our private guide. They were AMAZING. They were knowledgeable, SUPER fun and truly cared about us.

Wonderful experience all around! Micheal shared a wealth of history, insight, knowledge and personal experience of Athens. We were able to take fantastic photos. Oh! And we had fresh sushi on the marina as well. Quite an adventure. And our 8, and 10 yr old didn’t complain about too much walking ;)

Definitely worth every euro. Nik was an amazing driver with excellent knowledge of the City and the history! We truly enjoyed seeing all the sights and learning about the City! Make sure you pack your walking shoes and prepare for a few hikes when you get to the experiences. Overall, I would highly recommend the service and, if you have an option, Nik is a great driver, who will not disappoint. p.s. also, make sure you ask Nik for a recommendation for lunch. We ended up at an amazing spot with absolutely delicious kebabs, skewers, and service!

What a wonderful tour. Dimitris our tour guide was outstanding! Smart, funny, charming and informative. His knowledge of Greek history was excellent and yet relaxed and humorous. We were a group of 8 adults, rode in style in a great Mercedes van. Dimitris’ suggestion for lunch was amazing… great food and huge portions. You can’t go wrong with this tour… request Dimitris!

Dimitri was amazing! Great communication prior to pickup. The tour was easy, he's packed full of history and facts on all of Athens. The van could easily fit 8 people--warm day for us but, the AC made the outdoor events very livable. We saw the Temple of Zeus, Changing of the Guard, the Olympic Stadium, the Church of St John, and the Acropolis. We opted out of the Acropolis Museum for lunch--his recommended restaurant (gluten allergy consideration) was perfect! The best part of the tour was that he worked with us to figure out the sights that were highest priority and an order that accounted for our day. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this tour. They scheduled the busiest and hottest activities at just the right times in the morning and allowed us the flexibility to move at the speed we wanted. Our driver gave outstanding prep sessions before seeing the sites so we knew what to look for and why! You won't be disappointed.

We booked a private tour so that we got the most out of our stay in Athens. The ability to travel around in air conditioning whilst drinking cold water enabled us to really enjoy the sites which we was transferred to whilst being educated in all the mythological and local history. Even our teenagers enjoyed it and weren’t complaining about being dragged about. We always get these sort of tours when in a new place and this was one of the best. Our driver Michael was excellent and professional throughout and we went to a lovely Athens restaurant for lunch which was very reasonably priced.

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Michael (driver) and Dorina (paid guide). Athens was HOT in July! And we are from Phoenix, saying that. Having Michael ready with A/C and a cold water while also cutting out the parking and driving stress was FANTASTIC. And Dorina was a must have addition to the day. Having the culture and history explained while exploring the ruins and sites was essential to feeling the impact of the history. We asked her to take us to a local food stop for lunch and that was also top notch. The portions were extremely generous, the food unique, fresh, and yummy. We left stuffed. The tour never felt rushed and the love of the subject matter was felt while Dorina explained the history. I highly recommend exploring Athens with this company and with the extra cost of the tour guide.

Our private tour was the perfect way to see most of the important sites in Athens on our first day there. Our tour guide, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of his beautiful country. We were able to go at our own pace and select the places we wished to spend more time, and see things we never would have selected upon his suggestion. I would highly recommend this tour!

Ancient Greece is a subject all 3 of our children have dine in school. They were thus very eager to do this tour. We were not disappointed - our greatest expectations. Michael was our tour operator and Helen was our guide ((highly recommend). We were picked up at our hotel on time in a minivan in which the air temperature was always perfect. We had been advised at the time of booking to buy our entrance tickets early / online which was excellent advice as our first stop of the day while it was cooler was the Acropolis. History was brought to life - Helen has such knowledge and insight. There was flexibility throughout the day. Lunch was at a small restaurant with exceptional Greek cuisine. We got to see everything on the schedule and finished the tour thinking WOW! An amazing tour of an amazing piece of history led by two people with amazing knowledge of the subject who were just so comfortable sharing this with us. Highly recommended. Thanks!

This is the best way to see Athens. Our driver Sokratis was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He did an excellent job of managing our time and making the most of the day. We were able to relax and just take in all of the amazing culture that is Greece.
