This was a scam. I prepaid on line but when we arrived at the airport there was no one there to meet us. We waited half an hour and then called customer service. The agent asked me to hold while he contacted the driver. He came back online after five minutes and said he was unable to locate the driver. He said that he would cancel our booking and issue a refund. The refund never came so I emailed them and explained what had happened. They replied saying that the driver was there and I would not get a refund.

I used this company to transfer from Athens Airport to my hotel. As the plane was slightly delayed, the driver should have started the 60mins free time from when the plane landed. However, he left early and I had to urgently arrange alternative transport. Despite accurate evidence of landing times, phone calls and messages being provided to MyTransfers they would not provide a refund. Any information provided by the customer is countered with irrelevant and unreliable information......chosen by MyTransfers at their own will. Note that a Google review cannot be added........as they have no doubt switched this off !!! Please use any other company.

My booking number-1568704 with confirmation number 920897 - a ride from Athens airport to Alimos was totally ignored. Refused to return my 65 euros i paid. Looks like a scam. Stay away from them. 7 Persons, including children were waited at 10pm and nobody cared

SCAM ,didn't turn up ,after searching car terminal and car park tried to ring them but didn't answer ,also txt and emailed but no response. Don't use

Scam! Liars. They say they waited and that you did not arrive. If your flight is delayed they will not adjust the pick up time so you will be left with no one to pick you up. Maybe if your flight arrives perfectly on time someone might be there

DO NOT USE THEM. I gave them all my contact and flight details. Theoretically, they monitor my arrival and they plan accordingly. However, no-one was there to pick us up and not even an email or call that there was no service provided. Filed a complaint through their email system and they just disregarded everything. They told me that it was a no show. I still cannot understand how I can make a plane go faster!!

SCAM COMPANY. My husband booked me a transfer from Athens to Piraeus and the evening before I departed, I received a Whatsapp asking for PERSONAL DETAILS for myself and my Father including Passport Details, Full Names, Dates of Birth etc. My Father was NOT even travelling with me but this was sufficient information for them to open a bank account in our names! I refused to send them the info and they replied that it was Greek law! Absolute rubbish. When I said my Sister in Law is Greek and it is a scam they sent me a massive document with reams of pages in Greek! My friend who lives near Piraeus is a tour operator who books cars on a daily basis and she advised me it was rubbish and concerning that they asked for personal information that could lead to BANK FRAUD! As expected on arrival there was NOBODY waiting for me other than a driver my friend sent me after we talked about this! My flight landed at 19.10 and they are supposed to provide 60 minutes waiting time. See the photos where I have whatsapped them enroute to Piraeus asking what happened to my car before 20.10! Naturally, there was no response! I also called a number they gave and no reply! UTTER SCAMMERS! They sent me a text stating they were waiting for me followed by one immediately saying they had gone over the waiting time of one hour and had left! I sent a Whatsapp when I was on my way to Piraeus with my friend's driver before my waiting time had expired. If you book a car, a genuine service would check the flight is on time and arrange to be there accordingly. There are other reviews about this SCAM company stating the same thing. Nobody waiting! DANGEROUS SCAMMING THIEVES - do NOT book and do NOT give them any details! Following on from this they keep sending me 'survey' emails with links in. Clearly another SCAM from the same people!

Booked a transfer from Athens airport to hotel in Athens for a friend travelling solo. When she arrived, there was no one present with her name. After 40 minutes of searching and speaking with other drivers, she messaged me over WiFi because as a newly arriving tourist in a foreign country, she had no cell service. I immediately called their customer support but was put on hold for 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, they told me the one hour window for the waiting driver has passed and the driver has left the airport and would not come back to pick up the passenger. The only reason the one hour waiting time passed was because I was on hold for so long. And even when they told this to me it was only 8 minutes past the one hour period. Customer service refused to offer a refund or a complimentary return transfer. My Transfers is a total scam. Read the reviews from customers using this service in other countries - similar experience. Don't use their service.

Driver did not arrive. I arranged pick up at 6am from Athens airport mentioned in booking that flight arrives at 6am as well to ensure that the transfer arrives later (than the actual flight arrival at 4.30 to give me time to get luggage etc). the booking itself was marked as requested pick up time 6am. I mentioned its an international flight (luggage, passport etc). The driver did not arrive. I waited for an hour from 5.40-6.50. The driver did not answer when I called. When I called the call center they said driver left at 5.30. When I asked why if the pick up says at 6am they said they the scheduled arrival time of the flight was 4.30 not even actual arrival time of the flight (that was delayed) and left as soon as the hour was up. The call center proceeded to put down the phone when all my questions were raised. There was no text message, email or anything to alert us. Driver did not answer phone calls and later on sent rude messages instead of apologizing and insisted he was right by arriving at the exact time the plane was meant to land (which I did not mentioned anywhere in the booking).

This was to be the second of two transfers. 1. From Athens Airport to Pireaus the driver was 1.5hrs late and picked us up in an old Skoda NOT a shiny VW as booked. 2. We booked a premium vehicle for our transfer from Plaka in Athens to Piraeus Port. We rang the number given for the driver five minutes after pickup time and discovered it was not the driver but the operator who then gave us another number. The person who answered that call said he worked for My Transfers but he was not our driver. After another twenty minutes of calls and being lied to, a taxi turned up and the driver told us he had been booked by My Transfers to pick us up. We paid 41 Euro to My Tranfers but when the taxi dropped us off his metre showed 15.50 Euro. Rip off!!!!!

We used their service to drive us from Athens to and from Lefkada. The service was impeccable. Our driver in both rides was Ιωάννης Σ. He was very professional, perfectly on time and friendly. Very good communication and English proficiency. These were 4 hours long per ride. The car was very clean and new. We highly recommend their service.

We had a fantastic time touring ancient sites with Haris, our driver. Haris was so nice and accommodating! It was a long day, but the sites and the beautiful views along the way are worth it. We were unable to fit Delphi into the tour because we went in October and things start to close earlier that time of year, but Theodere offered plenty of enjoyable alternatives.
