Great trip with teens to Meteora
The communication was fast, detailed, and helpful! We had everything we needed before the trip and found the guide immediately upon arrival to Kalabaka. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like being in a class about Meteora and Kalabaka. The driver was helpful and a very skilled driver that made us feel safe. They were both top notch and made the trip a wonderful one. Only thing I would differently next time is get a car service. The train was a bit tedious both directions.

Trouble with Audio guide. Poor customer service
I purchased two tickets to the acropolis, which were supposed to include an audio guide. However, upon arriving at the acropolis, there was no clear information on how to obtain the audio guide, and the tickets didn't provide any instructions either. When I contacted the Key Tours support line for assistance, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their response was that the ticket should have contained instructions to download the audio guide, which it did not. They advised me to download the Key Tour app and enter a password, but when I did, the app claimed the password was invalid. As a result, I was unable to use the audio guide during my visit to the acropolis, making it a complete waste of money. This lack of organization and poor customer service left me highly dissatisfied with their services. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

    Incredible experience
From beginning to end, this was an experience the whole family will always remember. The views were incredible and the history was fascinating. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and respectful of those that still lived in the Monasteries. Highly recommended!!

We did a day trip from Athens to Meteora, Maria and Socrates the driver. We had a great day. Breathtaking views and Maria was very informative. Would recommend. It is a long day in the train but the views are worth it.

    Excellent tour
Excellent tour if you have a spare day in Athens. Comfortable bus ride (~2.5 - 3 hours) followed by a tour of the ruins and Delphi museum with a very knowledgeable guide. Would recommend, especially if you are interested in Greek history.

Great way to see the Greece countryside! But be prepared for 8 hours traveling. So fun!
I am not a group tour person but this was perfect! The host never pushed us to do what the group was doing we could lag behind and stay in bus if we wanted. The bus driver MADE the trip! He was friendly always willing to take a picture just overall a great guy! I did not know much about monasteries before this and now have a whole different viewpoint I thought we were just going to see rocks! 😅 this is a very long day trip but we had been traveling a week and a half and we’re ready for a long train ride.

    Katia rocks!
Our guide KATIA LIAPI was lovely, very knowledgeable and made us transport back to the ancient times. She told us all sorts of stories and with the most agréable voice as well! I especially liked the small folder with pictures of more profound information that she carried! Overall a great experience!

    Great tour!
Overall we had a very interesting tour with a very completent guide, who really knew a lot about the sites and the local ancient myths and history. We could have used a little more free time at each site and museum, bit since the tour took about 10 hours all in all, we understand why we had to move on. I can 100% recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in ancient greek history. It really is a treat to experience both the ancient greek theater in Epidaurus and the bronzeage-stronghold of Mycenae.

    Go for it!
I decided upon this tour as a second choice because big tours are not my thing and I wanted to go to Meteora by train and then figure my way out there. I made the right choice! Not only did the tour included Delphi (temple and museum) plus the entrances to two of the most intereting monasteries and the visit to the homage to Leonidas and the spartans at the site of the battle. These are the factual things but what was absolutely fantastic was our guide Zoe. She gave us the most wonderful insights, historic facts, and even mythical anecdotes that made the two day trip a magical voyage into Greek’s fantastic wonders. Brilliant! The size of the group on the other side, turned out to be absolutely manageable, we were 34 people in the busiest season so not bad and also an opportunity to mingle a bit and know people from different nationalities. We were hosted in the Divani Meteora hotel and it was great! Pack youe swimsuits for a nice splash upon arriving there! Last but certainly not least, this is being a trying, super hot month that is bringing wildfires into this beautiful country. In fact, we past two of them from a distance and Thomas (our driver) and Zoe (it is pronounced closer to Joy) knew what to do, where to go/not to go, were continously informed about the situation and took care of us as if we were their family. We felt so safe in their hands. Thank you both!

Beat the line is a myth
We had bought beat the line tickets. Arrived before 8 and had to line until 8.30 to get in with people with tickets. Lots of tour groups walk straight past us. No idea where the people without tickets were! No signage or helpers telling people where to go just chaos at 8 in the morning.

Super 1 day cruise to 3 nearby islands from Piraeus port in Athens. Easy bud pick up at a convenient location and easy boarding at ground level. Wonderful cruise to explore Hydra, Poros and Aegina islands with independent walking tours. Lots to see as these quaint towns are relics of tge past and peaceful living in the present.
Hydra us a cozy port town without automobiles just horses and buggies to carry the necessities. Point of fact Leonard Cohen spent time here in the early 1960’s writing and living and loving as I believe he wrote “ Suzanne” here. My opinion.
Poros was a lively port town with many shops and a short hike to tge higher ground for a view of tge bay in the church yard..
Last but not least Aegina is known as the Pistachio island as the port is full of shops that allow you to sample before buying and our favourite was the Pistachio cream logs in a small plastic case for easy transport.
The crew were awesome and the food was great and included in the cost. A day tgat went from 7 am to 8 pm and well worth the price. We loved the on board Greek dancers in the home leg of the trip. OPA!!!! M&M

Good trip very long day pick up was 7:15am and not back until 7:45pm. Time on the islands was very limited Hydra was lovely so pretty and what we expected. Poros only had 45 minutes but of a waste of time really. Angina was good but again limited to approx 1.5 hours. Our Guide Mary struggled to tell us everything in the time she had bless her as certain tourists were very loud. Ship was better than we expected with on board entertainment too

A long day but we’ll worth it. Each island has its own personality. Tours were available on two islands. A tasty Greek lunch buffet was served mid trip. During the last leg of the trip, back to Athens, we were entertained by two young men doing authentic Greek dances. The playlist provided by the maestro was excellent. The boat was very clean and the staff friendly and attentive.

We visited Athens in the last week of February and booked this tour. We were quite excited but it turned out that the tour got cancelled. Good part, we got full refund. Bad part, we weren’t informed till the last moment i.e., we were informed at the time we were supposed to be picked up at 6:45am early morning. Could be a good one if you visit during the peak summer season, less chances of cancellation.

Never know.

They could make the boat journeys a lot more exciting. Games or something etc (been on a lot of boat trips and never seen people asleep on the boat)

Just felt like a lot of money for what we got

Dear customer, Thanks lot for your comments. This helps us a lot to keep improving our services. This cruise operates in Athens for many years now, with thousands of guests every year. Normally, on board there is entertainment for the passengers. But unfortunately this period the Authorities do not allow the cruise company to offer them, because of the Covid-19 restrictions. We believe that all these restrictions will be over very soon, as the conditions are getting better and better. Once again, I would like to thank you for your feedback.

It was a very long trip, but the views are worth it. It was a little bit crowded but everyone was able to sit. We were served food as Open bar so I don't think anyone came out hungry. Only complain I have is that fish was undercooked. I've had mixed feelings when they started advertising a tour on the islands. Don't get me wrong, It wasn't a bad deal to see things on Aegina, but it should be in trip information that there are some addons. We got Aegina trip and as we were on the clock it felt rushed, tour lady was pressured by Cruise stuff to speed things up but she wanted to show us as much as possible. It cost us 28 euro per person but it was worth seeing.

We were so excited to get this trip. The Islands were so beautiful, and the people too. Unfortunately our experience with the so called buffet and time available on each island, made us very disappointed. We were promised more time on each island, but got less.

The buffet was a joke of fat and lousy variaty.

The staff were friendly and service minded

Don't get stuck in this over priced low value tour despite the promises. This is a long day with very little value and once you are onboard they start upselling the add on walking and swimming tours. If you are already on board cut your losses at Hydra and spend the day then get a hydrofoil ferry back to Athens. The ripoff started when they charged us 48 Euros for transfer of our family that we could have done in a taxi for 20 Euros. I am not cheap on tours but I like to get value. Hydra is beautiful but you have so much time on the ferry and cueing to get on and off the ferry that you get very little time on the Islands. The other Islands of Poros and Aegina offer nothing more as you are stuck close to the shipping ports without any good swimming options and at Poros during siesta there is nothing to do but wander the streets (not pretty) and shop in the typical tourist trap souvenir shops. Good points: Hydra, walk around the bay and go for a swim just outside the main bay it is beautiful, then don't go back on the boat. We did and regretted it. We are family of 4 with two teenage daughters. Bad points: Cueing, there are hundreds of people on big old slow boat. Meals: cheap and not particularly tasty, not even any traditional Greek food. Space, there are three decks only one of them remotely comfortable and seats are limited in the good spots which sucks given how much of your day you spend on the aweful boat. Upselling, they ask 20 Euros PP for the walking tour of Hydra and 32 Euros for the swimming tour or 20 Euros for the bus tour of Aegina, unless you are keen to spend up big the value for money is crap. I cannot comment on the quality of the tours upsold to people but I have to infer they were crap based on the first tour. If you find yourself stuck on the boat and are reading this, just get out at Hydra, enjoy your day there and book a ferry trip home at 5 or 8pm.

3 islands in one day is a lot, but you won't regret it! One of the best days that we spent while in Greece was traveling to these islands. Each island is different in it's own way and all are picturesque and lovely. Well worth it!
