We booked a long excursion through Greece through a travel agent in the US (Audley). They worked with Siva for the on-the-ground logistics and details. We used private drivers and guides for our family. It was nothing but top-notch the entire time. We went all over the mainland to many sites throughout Greece and also spent some time in Crete. Every single time the driver was on time and professional and the tour guide was informative. In addition, the hotels were very nice. Well done, Siva.

My husband and I went on the Delphi tour today with Constantine (Deana). She was absolutely amazing. We could not have hoped for a better experience- she was very knowledgeable and able to share the history in an interesting and easy to follow way. Her love of the history and her enthusiasm were delightful. I am already looking on the Siva website for other tour offerings because we were so happy after our experience today. We did take a different company for the Acropolis tour before this Delphi tour and this tour was 1,000 times better!! If I could do the Acropolis tour over I would have chosen Siva.

The whole thing!!! Joanna, our guide was extremely knowledgeable, patient and so informative with all the sites and history. We then went to the Acropolis Museum which tied everything we saw and heard about together and into reality. We then toured the city and she showed us the highlights of the city before taking us to a nice Greek restaurant called Kozina. We have never had a bad meal in Greece yet and this one certainly didn't disappoint! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend the service and, especially, Joanna!

In September 2022 my wife and I were in Athens, Greece. In Athens we wanted to see the Acropolis & the Acropolis museum so we decided to book a private tour with Silva Private Tours. She was able to answer all of our questions and took her time explaining the history of the Acropolis. What a great way to learn about Athens. The city is magnificent and our guide provided a wealth of information about the history of what we had seen. She was very personable and accommodating. The driver was very personable and the car was spotless. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens.

Our private day trip to Delphi was all we expected and more! The historical site was well worth the trip! Our guide, Foteini, was very knowledgeable and had so many interesting things to tell us! Our driver, Yannis, was great and the van that was provided for four of us was very comfortable. Lunch in the town of Delphi was delicious and the view from the restaurant was spectacular! We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends.

What a fabulous day!! We saw so much and its detail was explained in such easy to understand terms that the past truly came to life. We had the best guide ever!! She knew so much and answered every question. She took us to a great place for lunch and continued our education of Greece over lunch. We were tired but happy at the end ot the tour. This is a must for the realization of the past we have read about but never seen! The personalization of a private tour made this experience even more meaningful. Totally recommend this agency

We hit all the highlights! Guide was incredibly knowledgable on the architecture and history as well as the city itself. She made what we were seeing first hand come to life and become as real as possible. This was a positive way to begin our Athens experience. We hardilty recommend this agency and this tour to all who visit Athens.

We choose this trip because we really wanted to experience Delphi without driving. Our bus driver was skillful beyond tourists comprehension. We made one stop each way. The site was wonderful and worth experiencing. Our guide was informative; but, there was not enough time to climb the whole site. The Delphi museum entrance fee was included. Some of the members of the tour wanted to climb up to the stadium which wasn't in the timeline of the tour; so, we opted to forgo the museum and climbed higher to include it which was worth it. Coming back into Athens, some of the streets were blocked off as a result of a demonstration. Our guide and bus driver were flexible to drop us off safely at our designated hotels. We stayed at an Air BNB and we were picked up at a near by hotel which the touring company arranged. The lunch was great. Those who did not choose the lunch option at the time of booking were able to opt into it on the fly. The others were dropped off in the closest town and were given a time for pick up.

A private tour is the way to go. Skip (or go to the head of) the line. Emma, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable - we learned quite a bit. She answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed.
