It was a fabulous day! Saw some quaint towns, beautiful Douro Valley and enjoyed the wine and Port tasting! The boat ride on the Douro was a fun treat as well. Couldn’t have done it without our awesome tour guide Ana! She is an amazing driver, very knowledgeable, and made the trip fun!

This was a very good trip. It was short, but long enough for us to see what we wanted to see. Our tour guide Bruno was excellent. My only complaint would be other passengers, not getting back to the bus on time. But you can’t blame the cruise company for that.

We were looking forward to this tour. We were instructed to meet at the tour office at 8:10 AM and we arrived on time. The problem was we were told that the bus left early at 7:30, and left us, along with as many as 20 other people behind. They told us they contacted us via WhatsApp at 3:30 PM the previous day, but we do not use it. So we’re S.O.L. basically. Now we’ll have to fight with Trip Advisor/Viator for the refund. It’s funny they will tell you no refunds within 24 hours of event, yet they can make mast minute changes 16 hours before the event. Don’t use Living Tours!

Terrific day and well worth doing if you have a few days in Porto and aren’t able to get there under your own steam Excellent variety of activities and Jose the tour guide and Sergio the driver did an excellent job - some of those narrow windy streets are not built for tour buses and glad it was sergio driving and not me. Magnificent scenery and views in the valley. Only small gripe was that the time on the river was a lot less than we were told even 5 minutes before we got on the boat. No idea if there was a reason but there was no explanation and the river cruise is definitely one of the main advertised attractions

What a wonderful day learning about the region. Wine and port. Our Guide Luis Matos, was very knowledgeable and easy to travel with. We would recommend this tour !

I was put on a bilingual tour which was limiting. Also, they changed the start time to start at 730 less than 18 hours ahead

Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Transportation is clean and modern. Would reccomend to friends and family.....

Tour was fantastic, we loved landscapes, wine, cruise and food. Hana and Tropa were the best. Provided good information!

Our Douro Valley trip with Miguel and our driver Ricardo was the bomb! We loved the variety of the day with lunch, wine tours, boat ride and amazing scenery. The genuine interest and enthusiasm was infectious and we received many tips for our continued visit in the Porto area.

Such an amazing experience! Miguel was awesome. The bus was comfortable. The food was delicious. The moscatel and port were divine. The views were breathtaking.
