      No Service given
I didn't receive any contact in mail or whatsapp to organize the tour, I went to the place in the description but no one was in the place, basically, I didn't receive the tour, and requested a refund.

      Food, Wine and Great Company
What a fun evening! Traditional Portuguese tapas admits great ambience of local restaurants. Experienced traditional Fado singing while enjoying the taste and flavors of the area. Great company, food and tour.

Nice tower, near the jeronimo monastery
This tower is located near the jeronimo monastery, both can be combined for a packaged entrance fee of 12 EUR per pax. It is a must visit. You access by a small wooden bridge as it is surrounded by water on the Tage river.

      Lisbon Fado Fun or Not?
We enjoyed our FADO tour, for the most part. The music was wonderful and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The food also was very good and plentiful. Unfortunately several last minute reservations were scheduled and this cramped our experience. The venue was very small and 8 of us were seated around one rectangular table in the rear, near the restrooms. We could all hear the music, however only a couple of people could easily see the singer. The individuals that were seated on the end near the bathroom had to continuously get up to give other patrons access to the "facilities".

      Fantastic!
The food & wine tasting tour was amazing! Tiago shared his first hand knowledge of Portuguese cuisine from family dinners to restaurants we visited located all over Porto. It was a great way to get a more total picture of Portuguese culture.

      Beautiful venue
My friend and I enjoyed this show very much. The little bites were delicious, drinks good and performers excellent. The tour company that we were told would take us on this tour via email was not the name of the company waiting for us in the square. We found them only by accident. Thank you Leonardo! You were an excellent host.

      Colourful Alfama Free Tour
Loved our lively tour with our energetic and passionate guide from Pancho Tours. We discovered hidden parts of the city, walked along colourful streets, drank cherry liquor sold by a lovely local woman, and went to the best selfie sites in Lisbon! All thanks to our very knowledgeable and personable guide from Pancho Tours. Highly recommended.

      Great tour!
I had one day in Porto before flying home after my Camino. So of course had to do a port and wine tour! I selected this one as it was well priced and I liked that it was a walking tour. Our guide, Diego (bald guy) was a lot of fun with plenty of “dad jokes” and created a great environment for our group. As a solo traveller, it was nice to get in a group and share some laughs with other travellers. I highly recommend!

      Thanks Silvio
I booked my food tour last minute, and my registration with TripAdvisor hadn't yet been registered in the operator's system I guess when I arrived. There were no others in my tour, so my tourguide Silvio's plan was to become his colleague's 2nd tour guide on a (more well-booked) Fado tour. They asked if I wanted to join the Fado tour, but since I hadn't heard of Fado, I said I wanted to keep my food tour, so Silvio changed his plan again to give me a one-on-one tour. It was very good. Thanks for the "date", Silvio!

      We crawled to pubs
We had a really good time during the Pub crawl on Thursday night. There were several bars that we visited with a #fun group. A couple of guys kept singing about Bobby Famino, who sounds really talented but this repertoire became annoying after the 30th rendition. At the end we visited a club, they played lots of Portugal music which may come as a surprise to some but once I remembered we were in Lisbon I though "hey kids, we are in Portugal after all". I tried my best to sing along but without any knowledge of the language or the songs this became a challenge. I liked the yellow umbrellas, it was a novel way of guiding the group, more eco friendly than using flares, which other pub crawls have been known to utilise.

      Excellent food tasting and guide
Great walking tour of the city with stops in some great places for traditional Portugese eats. Got to try some of the local dishes and walking tour of the city. Really enjoyed the stops and food and wine we tried. Definitely a must do if you are in town.

      A little disappointing
We enjoyed the walk and seeing the Port Cellar in Gaia, but our tour was a little disappointing. We showed up about 15mins behind schedule because the meeting point was a little vague. We were told to meet at the lower deck of the Dom Luis bridge, but my google maps app would only direct me to the upper deck. We were glad the tour hadn't left us once we finally found them but would have liked to have a number to call and help us find them. Once we got there, we found out that we were the only two booked for the tour. Makes sense because it is an offseason, but would have been nice to have been notified beforehand and given another option. Once we got started, it was painfully obvious that our tour guide did not want to be there. I understand because it can be a little awkward with a small group, but she did not talk or point out any points of interest or explain anything that we were seeing. The only time she explained anything is if we asked questions like "what is that?" "where are we going?" etc. Once we got to the Winery it picked up, we got to taste some Port and tour the cellar with a different guide and it was nice and interesting. The cellar really is beautiful. The rest of the night was pretty much the same awkward silence. Don't me wrong she was a nice girl (I can't remember her name), but it was just obvious she did not want to be giving the tour. I feel like we would have had a better time with another guide. We ran into another group from the same company and they looked like they were having a great time. From my personal experience though, I cannot recommend this tour.

Mouraria tour with Pancho Tours (errrrrr, actually the Lisbon Free Tour people)
Did the walking tour to Mouraria with Pancho Tours (Lisbon). It was interesting to see a less touristy side of Lisbon. But there was a little mix-up before I managed to find my tour group. I would have given more stars to the tour if not for the mix-up. When nobody from Pancho Tours showed up at the scheduled time for the walking tour, I called them and was told that I should look out for guides wearing orange t-shirts. Still nobody in orange t-shirts. There was a group of people with guides carrying the yellow "Lisbon Free Tour" umbrellas so I asked if I could join them on their walking tours since I didn't think they would mind one more person. It turned out that they work with Pancho Tours too, so it was actually the group that I was supposed to join. The guides then said because nobody told them that there was anyone who booked through Pancho Tours joining that day, they didn't carry or wear the Pancho Tours sign. That was probably why some of the reviewers here wrote that nobody showed up for their tours. My advice would be to look out and approach other walking tour groups waiting at the same venue and ask. Chances are they're your assigned tours. Not perfect, but it could help prevent disappointment.

      No one showed up
Booked a walking tour with pancho and no one from the company showed up at the meeting point. Extremely disappointed. My day was planned around this tour.

      Very interesting tour of Lisbon.
Our sweet and charming tour guide, Christy, showed us around Lisbon with great enthusiasm and passion. Most highlights were made a lot more interesting with the stories she told us. So all in all a very positive experience, which gave us the feeling of having actually seen and learned quite a bit about the city in a fairly short time. We paid Euro 100 for a group of 14 people.
