Manu was great!!!! So informative and interesting! Comfortable van! Plenty of time to wander and shop. Would recommend to others

I had high hopes for this tour as I have done GrayLine HOHF in The US. Reserving and paying was easy. I expected an Email with tickets that would be down loaded and stored on my mobile. I was WRONG. I had to down load an app which gave me my reservation code, I presented it at the ticket office where they printed a flimsy paper receipt with a QR code. We boarded a small bus easily but the roof wasn't retracted even in absence of rain, this restricted vision. The app easily allowed you to highlight the tour, however there was no notice prior to booking the tour that the route to Belem had 80% of the stops cancelled because of road closures on Sunday Due to the Lisbon Marathon. We did a shorter route first and planned the longer route to Belem in the afternoon even with the stop closures. Unfortunately I lost the flimsy paper ticket ( it was like a cheap corner store receipt). The attendant at the ticket office said Company policy was not to issue a replacement. I would have been more careful was I aware of this. When I asked why, she pointed to the notice on the wall behind her regarding the policy with a curt apology and no further explanation. I know she was just doing her job the policy wasn't hers This ticket issue should have been resolved easily with today's computer tech/apps where an electronic ticket is emailed to the purchaser thus lost tickets would not be an issue. I'm very disappointed with this company. Take a bus tour with another company NOT Grayline.

We used Cityrama for our transport from Lisbon airport to our hotel. David was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed twice. He was very friendly and professional.

Fatima is a beautiful experience. The half day is a bit rushed for the experience. However, we did see all the sites and felt blessed. Thank you

This was an excellent tour led by an incredible guide - Ricardo. You could feel his enthusiasm and passion for the history of the sites we visited. It was a solid full day trip with a number of stops to get us off the bus and explore various sites. The concluding tour of the palace was out of this world. The only minor irritant was the confusion when first checking in at the meeting point. There was insufficient staff coordinating a number of buses all leaving at the same time. However after getting onboard - all was great.

Numerous plugging points didn't work. My wife had no commentry at all. What commentry I got when poor. Also english is 6 not 4

This tour crosses all sides of Porto, Gaia and the river. We saw lots of famous sites, wine cellar at WOW, and finished with Foz visit. The lunch was good with traditional food options. People arrived 45min late which was inconvenience to the rest of us. That's after being advised to arrive 15min early. Easy to find the start location. Tour bus was comfy and the guide Daniela and driver were great. The group was half english and Spanish speaking. We find this slows thing down. Overall, great way to orient yourself to the greater Porto area.

Poorly organised. Poor information. No service. No acceptance of responsibilty to customers. My headphone plug in didnt work. Bus stops poorly marked.The English commentary was condescending. Go with the other red bus group..more buses regularly.

The places visited are good but the tour guide was very average. She merely dropped us off at the tour site without following us and giving us much information. It is just like a public transportation.

Our historic Douro wine tour was a great experience , for my wife and I. It was a full day but worth it in the Douro Valley with lunch included. The Grayline agents Romeu and Salvador recommend it and they were right thanks guys for doing a great job for tourists coming into Porto.

Ok-ish tour and nothing more. This tour is basically auto-tour, you won't get really in depth information from the guide. 99% of the things she mentioned were written on Wikipedia almost word by word. I signed an English tour, but it seemed to be a multi - language tour. The guide did the tour in 4 languages, which is amazing to her but exhausting to the rest of the people. I also speak more than just English so I could also understand the things she explained in Spanish and Portuguese.. the explanations were inconsistent in every language and sometimes the guide just dropped full parts (by accident I suppose). Anyway, the language thing was really annoying.

Pick up arranged by the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon but the Gray Line service dropped us back to the hotel (no taxi ride)! Sintra was beautiful, the visit to the Atlantic Ocean was incredible and the Estoril Coast was spectacular! Our guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Sofia our guide was excellent She was so good and showed us places that we’ve never been before. She gave us exact times and places so we never got lost. Brilliant and very memorable experience. The best guide ever in Sofia. Thank you so much

Crowded bis with poor air conditioning. Our bilingual guide was limited in what she knew, and mumbled when speaking, so we couldn't tell the Spanish from the English. The lunch was mediocre, we could have done better picking our own restaurant. Sintra castle was crowded, I felt like a hamster being herded through a maze. To be dropped at our hotel after the tour, we spent an additional hour on the bus. Overall, the worst touristic experience in 60 years of travel.

The pick up at our hotel was very convenient and our driver was friendly. The ride was uneventful which was nice. Fatima was meh, shocked at the commercialism surrounding the site but read my review on that listing. The only (not really an issue) I had was trying to pay attention to while the guide was talking in the bus. Way too many languages. I speak fluent Parisian French and English. Couldn’t follow the speeches trying to figure out when French or English was going to start.
