José was our driver and he had a great deal of knowledge on the culture, history and economy of the Island. The route was fascinating, passing through high mountain villages, up impossibly steep slopes and, at times, on off-road tracks. The trip was a thrill ride and our driver, Edi, is a master of dirt roads and narrow pathways. Also very knowledgable, especially about plants. Thank you Edi, I rate the trip 10/10
