Born and raised in Sintra and nowadays local guides, we know the entire Sintra mountain range as its coast.
We will cross the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995.
Since every corner of Sintra has a story, this is what we will tell throughout the trip, our goal being not only the destination, but the whole experience that Sintra offers us.
We will travel around 20 km (11 miles) where you will appreciate the natural beauty of several secret viewpoints.

Stress free experience with Francisco…great communication in Portuguese and English and catered for our younger child making sure we were safe and comfortable. His transport was electric and easy navigating the windy hilly roads of Sintra. He was informative and patient when waiting for us and price was on point too. Highly recommend his service and would definitely use it again

Great experience!
Together with my family we headed towards Sintra where Francisco was waiting for us!
We started the day visiting the palaces where the guide explained all the stories to us, then we went to the area where he lives, the beaches of Sintra where he showed us the watermills of the sea, Praia Grande and Praia das Apples!
It was a great day and very well spent!
I recommend to everyone a guided tour with Francisco

I really recommend the Tour with Francisco! It was an incredible day!
Francisco was born and has lived in Sintra forever, so, in addition to knowing the whole history of Sintra, he also knows the legends! The way he tells the story demonstrates the incredible love he has for this village and it is impossible for anyone to remain indifferent!
Furthermore, Francisco is very polite, friendly, empathetic and speaks several languages! We were a multinational group and on our tour they spoke English, Spanish and French!

Francisco has a lot of experience, knowledge of the local history, speaks several languages and, above all, is very friendly!
Francisco is an excellent guide because we can see that he loves what he does, he loves Sintra and likes people 😁!
He organized our time to make the most of our day. We visited all the main attractions (monuments, forest and beaches).
It was a wonderful tour with great traditional food!
On top of all this the vehicles are 100% electric - environmentally friendly 😀👍!

Francisco is a really good dude. His English is very good, and he knows enough in most other languages to get you where you need to go. He knows the best spots for photos, and he has all the details on every sight in Sintra. He will get you to you destination on time for a great visit. We lucked out.

Incredible tour! The first time I visited sintra I didn't do a tour.. when I returned with my fmaily I met Francisco and we took his tour. I realised during the ride that a tuk tuk tour is the best way to see Sintra.
Fransisco was super knowledgeable. He took us to many spot on the tuk tuk tour gave use interesting and amazing information about Sintra that we otherwise wouldn't have known.
He also took us to secret photo spots and happily took our photos.
Once we reached the top at Pena palace. He waiting as we did our Pena Palace tour and then took us down to the the bottom and recommend an incredible restaurant.
I highly recommend Fransisco and his tour. . I wouldn't visit Sintra without Fransisco!

We were lucky enough to take a review with Francisco a few days ago. He was so easy to communicate with and took great care to ask about the places we wanted to visit and how to accommodate my physical needs bc I have a bum knee and my back has arthritis.
Anyways he met us at our hotel when we arrived and even helped us know where to put our car.
The tour was fantastic. He told us a lot of history about the places we saw. He showed us all around and was so kind and patient. It was like we were touring with a new friend. At the end he took us back to our hotel and even gave us a dinner recommendation near our hotel.
I would use him again. He was very safe, kind, informative and fun!!

Finest ride with Francisco, taking us to unforgotten spots and always with interesting descriptions about those sites. He made all the difference and the trip was more than pleasant.
You can tell Francisco is passionate about those wonderfull natural and historical places,

Francisco was an excellent guide and resource and was the key factor in making our Sintra experience a huge success.
His ride was easy and comfortable. His facts were simply told without too much fanfare. He is a favorite at the pastry shops and he gave us a sweet complimentary gift of melt in your mouth, heavenly Travisserois ! and other yummies. That was a sweet touch!
He gave us valuable nuggets of tips regarding where to spend more time eg the Regaleira initiation well, The Palace of Setais ! Both a must!
Francisco told us about the Palace hotel and how it was free to walk around and inside the hotel for free.
It was a fabulous tip and changed the experience of our teatime! We had yummiest hot chocolate and espresso with complimentary chocolates and pastries in the beautifully done up classy restaurant/ cafe inside the Setais!
Francisco also guided us to have our meal at Bar De Fundo on the beach. We ended up having our Anniversary dinner there and it was magical at sunset and the food was great!
Francisco also helped us to meet Louis from LAS tours who rents the cute electric cars . We rode these to the beach and back for dinner. When other online companies were fully booked Francisco helped make this cute and must experience ride a possibility.
Our special day turned out extraordinary thanks fully to Francisco.
