During our visit to Lisbon, we were helped by the Sana Epic hotel who connected us to a tour line company, a private tour with the driver and guide Ricardo, who gave us two perfect days in Lisbon and its surroundings. recommended!

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Ricardo was very knowledgeable and accommodating of our interests. We ended up doing the Lisbon city tour with him the following day because we enjoyed it so much. He also stopped at plenty of beautiful lookout points and gave us lots of time to see the sights. Be sure to ask Ricardo for recommendations of shops and restaurants along the way — everything he suggested was great!

We had an amazing time because of Ricardo who drove us around. Very knolegable and friendly we booked him for another day as well. I was travelling with teenagers and he made their day very interesting.

Ricardo, was a fabulous guide. He was very informative, and knowledgable, plus was and awoseme and a total Gentlement. He took us to lunch at this place in Evora that used to be a Farm.. and they converteded into a restaurant and it was fabulous the food, wine, salads and deserts... We had a wonderful experience there.He made our trip very enjoyable. Also he took us to the Christ Rey! the view was spectacular of the city of Lisbon... We truly enjoyed it... And Specially because Ricardo he made our tour and visit super special.

Our hotel booked this 4 hour tour of Sintra and it was excellent. Our driver Victor arrived early and was very smart and the Mercedes car very clean and comfortable and water supplied. He was very informative, spoke good English and gave us a lot of information on Lisbon and Sintra. He took us first to the Palace which was stunning. He then collected us on time and took us to the town centre and again met us for the return journey back to Lisbon. Highly recommend booking with this company.

My husband and I had the best experience yesterday with Tour Line. Our driver, Luiz was very professional, knew his history of the city & took us to all of the cities most famous attractions. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us ideas of other attractions to go to and of course told us that if his company could be of further help to not hesitate and give them a call. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Lisbon in the future.

We cannot say enough abourt our experience with Tour Line. The most professional company we have ever used in any country. I must say that our tour guide and driver Luiz Felipe was the most polite-professional-knowledgeable person period. He was very aware of all our needs and took great care of my mother who was getting over knee replacement surgery. He became our friend. Tour Line is VERY lucky to have him.

Tour-Line is a very professional company in charge of very friendly people always ready to please you. Their cars are very comfortable and clean. They are super punctual and especially their driver Luiz Filipe who made our trip one very unforgettable!

Tour line cars are clean, spacious and comfortable. We hired the car to take us on a half day tour of Sintra. Paulo Sampaio, our driver, was great - very helpful, informative and pleasant. Everything went incredibly smoothly and I would highly recommend this service to any couples or families for any day trips. We also had a tour line car pick us up from the airport, another incredibly smooth experience.

Tour Line, Lisbon is the company to use for a very reliable, knowledge, clean and awesome service. My husband and I went on a short vacation to Portugal. We were referred their service by the front desk concierge. The payments were required to be made by cash, per day or on the end of their services, which for us was after 5 days. We used their services for all the days we were there including airport drop off, as we absolutely loved the driver assigned to us for all of those days, Pedro Silvia. I did mention to the concierge on day one, that if we liked our driver that we would like the same person for the rest of the days. That the person spoke English and was knowledgeable about the areas. We were provided with a very clean black Mercedes. Well dressed, polished young man at our service. I cannot write enough good words to describe how great our trip was with this awesome service. Pedro made sure we saw all the hotspots in and around Lisbon. We did all the popular tourist spots. Eat at awesome restaurants that only a local can tell you about. He made reservations ahead of time in these highly reviewed resturants, managed our time between spots very well, as I usually got carried away taking pictures, so that we got to make it to the resturant's on time. I wanted to watch Fadu, Pedro called his company owner and made sure that we got a table for the show in a fine dinning restaurant in such a short notice. If and when I made unusual requests of seeking a particular shop, Pedro made sure to make the calls and online searches and find it for us. As I have mentioned, Pedro was in front of our hotel every morning at the time requested with a clean car and never ending supplies of water bottles. We would surely use Tour line, Lisbon on our next trip to that city for sure.

Our driver Pedro arrived at our hotel early and we was well dressed and extremely polite as he led us to a very comfortable Mercedes sedan, which was immaculate inside and out. Pedro ensured we were comfortable and well informed as he drove us to Sintra, Cascais, and other sites along the coast for an 8-hour tour. His recommendations along the way were excellent. He provided his cell phone number so when he dropped us off at at a site, we only needed to dial his number when done there and he'd pick us up. I would highly recommend Pedro and the service, particularly for longer tours where comfort and convenience are most appreciated.
