Miguel was a wonderful guide. Very acommodating and helpful. Obidos is a charming medieval town with beautiful shops. After we went to Nazare and aaw the waves and the lighthouse. Miguel recommended a restaurant by the beach, best meal we’ve had so far! We were able to enjoy ourselves, relax, have fun and create wonderful memories. This tour is a MUST!

This was one of the highlights of our trip! John (Joao) was not only a pleasure to have as a driver but very knowledgeable! He talked to us about the history of Lisbon, the history of Cascais and Sintra! The trip was a small group that ended up being just us, and we LOVED IT! I was traveling with my mom and my 16 year old son, and he was super interested in everything John had to say. We absolutely recommend this tour. Both Cascais and Sintra are must see towns!

Jal was a fantastic guide! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I found the trip to well planned; there was just enough time allocated at the different spots to enjoy lunch and shopping without feeling rushed or too slow. We learned a lot about Portuguese history and Jal can talk as much or as little as you like, making him the perfect guide for any group. The medieval city is a must see.

We feel like we lucked out. We are a family of three and were the only group booked on this trip. We were able to be very flexible about timing and what we wanted to do at the various destinations. John was very good at local knowledge. We very much enjoyed our conversations about other topics as well. He was very flexible with our needs. A real pro. The car was very comfortable. Extremely clean. If there was one negative, was the price. Our tour for three came to $600 Canadian. We felt that was pricey but necessary. The value was having a private tour and John as our guide. These destinations are a must.

This tour to Obidos and Nazaré was one of the highlights of our visit to Portugal. Obidos is a wonderful example of a medieval walled village with lots of nooks and crannies to explore! The ginjha was especially tasty and is a must try! The weather was pleasant and sunny and so although our visit to Nazaré did not present with the large waves we had hoped for, seeing the Atlantic ocean as calm as it was, was especially beautiful and did not disappoint. Our very knowledgeable guide John was a wealth of information both current and historical and it was our pleasure to spend the day with him!

We had an incredible experience touring Nazaré and Obidos! We learned so much about the region and loved our guide, João. He gave detailed guidance for each stop, had great recommendations, and found the perfect balance of supporting us on today’s adventure while giving us the freedom to spend the day as we wanted. The tour left us with enough time to continue exploring Lisbon since we arrived back around 3:00 pm. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour. Our guide Jalaludin was fantastic. Highly recommend! It was about an hour to Obidos where we had about an hour to look around (which was perfect). We then drove about 30 min to Nazare and hung out there for a bit before heading back to Lisbon.

Miguel is the absolute best guide in Lisbon. Of course he arranged for the perfect weather. His Mercedes van was spotless and he easily maneuvered the Lisbon streets. Took us to the main city sites. Allowed us to choose the amount of time we wanted to spend at each place. He was informative and oh so pleasant. I am 100% satisfied customer. I wish we had used him to go to Sintra and Cascais the previous day instead of booking through the cruise line. Thank you Miguel.

Our guide was amazing! I would recommend him and the company he worked for. He was professional and accommodating. He did is best to assist us to see the sites of the tour even though boat tour had been canceled. Five stars!
