Michel was great! Very friendly, personable, and communicated well. He gave me helpful pictures of the meeting point and was very clear about when he would be arriving, even absurdly early in the morning.

Our driver, João Carlos, took us from the airport to our hotel in lisbon and was amazing! He contacted us before and made sure we knew where to meet him. He even included photo diagrams! He had our requested carseat ready to go and helped put all the luggage in at the airport and out at the hotel. We even provided him with the wrong hotel address but he made sure to get us exactly where we needed to go. He was also wonderful with our two year old and made her feel at ease in a new country.
