We had a private transfer from our apartment/hotel to the Orient train station by Nelson Leong We are family of five and couldn’t be happier with the service. Nelson was right on time and an extremely good communicator. The car was large, clean and comfortable. Nelson gave us tips about how to get around the train station to ensure we got to our track and train on time and we are extremely thankful for his help and service. Definitely a top rating

Our driver to Lisbon airport, Rui Justo, provided a very safe and pleasant trip to the airport. He changed the route a few times to minimise the trip time.

We had pre booked airport transfer and they were brilliant. We forgot to mention that we had kids that would need seats for our transfer and they organised this upon our arrival easily. Great communication and our driver Rui Justo was brilliant. Gave us lots of tips for our trip and was so helpful with our bags etc. we would definitely use this service again and ask for Rui Justo.

We used TopTour for transfers between the cities we were visiting while in Portugal. We used the service three times. Lisbon to Evora, Evora to Cascais and Cascais to Lisbon. All three of our trips weee great. The drivers always arrived early and were pleasant. They communicated with us using WhatsApp to inform of their ETA or that they had arrived. For two trips we had Fabio as our driver and he was great. Another trip we had Michel Meyl. Both of them were pleasant and drove safely. We will use them again when we get back to Portugal.

João Carlos met me at the meeting point as planned. Messaged me in advance that morning before I had even gotten on the plane in Dublin. Brought to his car, and despite the very poor weather on arrival in Lisbon, he brought me across the city with ease.
