Ethiopian Airlines is renowned for its excellent service, and the flight attendants continue to stand out for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. Their dedication to creating a pleasant journey is commendable and adds a touch of Ethiopian hospitality to the flying experience. However, my recent journey revealed some areas that need improvement. Boarding the plane using a ladder felt outdated and inconvenient, especially for an airline of this caliber. Additionally, the experience of accidentally boarding the wrong bus during the boarding process was frustrating and highlighted a lack of clear direction or guidance. These logistical issues, while manageable, detract from the overall seamless experience that passengers expect. Despite these setbacks, Ethiopian Airlines remains a leading choice for its global connectivity, comfortable flights, and dedication to passenger satisfaction. Addressing these minor issues would further solidify its reputation as Africa's top airline.

We had an amazing private tour around Lisbon, and our guide Paulo made the experience so smooth and relaxed He picked Us up in a confortable minivan for the four of us and gave us each a bottle of water . Paulo was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable about the city's history and culture. He was also very patient, allowing us to take our time at each spot to truly soak in the sights and atmosphere. He knew every secret spot and perfect views of the city .you can tell he loves to show his city to visitors We started the day with a visit to the iconic Belem Tower, where we also stopped to buy the famous Pastéis de Belém. We went to a great food market, where we had a delicious lunch. We got to see the beautiful streets of Lisbon and stunning views of the city, and we ended the day at the São Jorge Castle, which offered even more fantastic sights. This was a perfect way to experience Lisbon in a relaxed and enjoyable way. We felt in no way rushed and got to enjoy each point at our own pace. Paulo had nothing but coolness and relaxed manners .he is a great guide Highly recommend this tour and especially Paulo as a guide!

We loved our tour and the tour guide Veronica, the wine was delicious and I wish they can offer cheese with the wines but I guess for the price that’s all you can get!

We had an amazing private day trip to explore the Setubal peninsula with our driver, Paulo, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. The Cristo Rei monument had fabulous views over Lisbon and the river. Castelo Palmelas had great views and even knights practicing their sword skills the Sunday morning we went. Paulo recommended and made a lunch reservation for us at a seafood restaurant by Setubal harbor that was truly incredible - we picked the fish from the ice case display and then they grilled it for us. The grilled cuttlefish and dorado were fresh, simply grilled and fantastic. The famous Moscatel de Setubal at the end of the meal was divine. Hearing how much we enjoyed pastries, he brought us to a cafe in Azeitao where we could try that village’s namesake torte (a sponge cake filled with soft egg yolk custard creme) and cinnamon cookies. Our 4yr old was a big fan. Then a wine tour at Baccalhoa Vineyard, which was ironically more of an art museum tour, but interesting nonetheless. The brief drive through the Arrabiada National Park offered lovely views outside of Setubal, and a quick stop at Sesimbra Castle before heading back to Lisbon. Having had lovely wines at lunch, we would next time elect to spend time at Sesimbra’s beach rather than the wine tour. It was a comfortable way to see this area for the first time in a snapshot, enough to know we want to come back and spend at least a couple of days.

We went to Lisbon in January 23 for 12 days, we were planning to use taxi to take us to various ‘must see’ places, and then see what else to do. On our 2nd day there we met Paul, there were 6 of us, we booked 3 day trips with Paul. We were so impressed with Paul, he’s warm, attentive and knowledgeable, he speaks good English, he’s not just a driver, he took us to some lovely places and took us to authentic local cuisine. We ended up booking Paul for the another 8 days including spending a couple of days in Porto. Thank you Paul for all your help and thank you for taking us to the airtport. We hope to see you again soon!

Paulo was an amazing driver / tour guide. Very accommodating and flexible and allowed us to explore what we wanted to focus on. Went above and beyond and was a pleasure to spend the day with.

We did this tour with our guide Paulo, and it was an absolutely fantastic day! I’ve never seen views this stunning in my life, and Paulo was so great at sharing the history and waiting for us to explore each stop. He took us to an incredible all you can eat lunch place that was a little pricey but so worth it (especially if you are travelling with all adults, we had teenagers with us and they didn’t really eat enough for it to be worthwhile for them, I thoroughly enjoyed it though! They walked around bringing all kinds of fish and seafood and everything tasted incredible! How they get the potatoes to taste so good, I have no idea!). All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this tour. It is so much nicer than being in a huge group, you can take your time and really personalize the experience.

Had a wonderful time on our day trip to Sintra and all the sights. Pedro with Tours Sweet Tours was very detailed and informative describing all the history surrounding the areas. Very personable and became good friends over lunch. Would highly recommend the tour with our new friend Pedro.

We expected a tour guide who gave us information. Not just a driver. Disappointed with the lack of interaction with us.

Paulo was an AMAZING tour guide with Portugal’s historical knowledge and variations in terrain. We learned about Portugal’s past along with its agriculture. We were traveling with our children and Paulo was extremely thoughtful and considered bathroom stops in our route. He provided us great recommendations at each of our destinations and maps. He was interesting, personable and kind. We all really enjoyed the experience and kept his contact information for future trips and/ or recommendations!! Go with Paulo!!!

We are a family of 6 and we booked a private tour with Paulo cos we don't like to share excursion with others and many languages speaking at the same time. And we are so happy with our choice! The places were beautiful, we enjoyed it so much to discover this part of Portugal and our guide Paulo was so friendly, calm and respected our wishes. It was so much better than our last expérience in other countries with a shared van! And the van was clean and so comfortable for 6 adults ( it was even possibility to be 8 persons). For sure, we recommended this tour of Sintra, Pena Palace, and Cascais and especially with Paulo.
