Very disappointed! Don’t trust this operator. The tour operator contacted me the night before the tour and asked me to cancel the trip due to the possibility of rain, promising a refund. I never received the refund, even after communicating with the tour operator several times. I disputed the charge through my credit card and the operator now says I cancelled the trip too late and they refuse to refund my money.
It didn’t rain and I took the train to Sintra on my own. It was easy and I had a great time on my own! Save your money or go with a different tour operator.

tour guide work very hard to make the day wonderful. the weather condition are different between lisbon and sintra. palace and cost view are beautiful.

When we booked our tour and were lucky enough to end up with a private tour with Pedro to Sintra. Everything about the pick up - communication and information during the day was fantastic. If we had not done the tour with A’way and the knowledge of Pedro then we would not have got all of the detailed information that was provided during the tour. It all was fantastic - we had a wonderful lunch as part of the tour all in all it was a great day and highly recommended
