We had the best experience ever in Portugal with the help of Alexandre Ferreira, our guide and now good friend! We definitely recommend him as the best guide to the most beautiful places in Portugal! Thanks to him, we had the most beautiful holiday here, in Portugal. We cannot wait to come back!

Paolo picked us up at LIS and took us to our hotel, offering us a concise and workable plan for our five day stay, and many excellent dining recommedations. We followed most of his suggestions, but used the Hop on Hop Off for touring the area, which he didn't think much of but we found useful in off season. He picked us up at Valverde Hotel and took us on a full day transfer/tour to Porto, The Yeatman. We recommend both hotels. On the way we took four side trips on his recommendations and they were excellent choices in the off season (November). Paolo is a wealth of knowledge of the local history and very personable and informative. At his recommendation we enjoyed a seafood lunch at a restaurant in Nazaré that was memorable. He is well known in the area and when he takes you somewhere you are made to feel like a VIP. We can't recommend him enough for those who want to be treated in a like manner.

We are an Australian family with two teenage children. We travelled with Alex many times across almost a week including: Porto to Lisbon. A Lisbon city tour. Lisbon to Evora. And Evora to Seville Spain. To say the service was excellent would be understating how much we enjoyed the travel. This was a new way of seeing the country for us and was a most efficient way of moving from place to place. Alex was an extremely safe driver, gave excellent touring suggestions and was well versed in giving us some important history lessons along the way. The vehicles used were roomy and comfortable. We truly missed Alex as we said goodbye and this made our family experience one to remember.

We had two tours - Fernando picked us up in Coimbra and was transferring us to Lisbon, but with a stop over visit to Obidos and a tour of Nazaré which were both great stops. Fernando was so professional. His driving is impeccable and his English language skills are excellent. He made the drive/tours fun and informative and booked us into the most fabulous little restaurant for lunch in Nazaré - delicious and void of tourists! The next day we had the half day Sintra tour from Lisbon and we hoped that we would have Fernando again as he is from that area and there were smiles all around when he was waiting outside our hotel again! He showed us around Sintra, giving extra information that could only come from a local. On our return Fernando again booked us into an amazing seafood restaurant in a different area of Lisbon from where we were staying so we could have a look around. Probably somewhere we wouldn't have gone on our own, so that was much appreciated. I can't fault the service that Fernando provided and if we were to come back to Portugal, I would personally ask for him to be our guide again. He has definitely set a high standard. This company is highly recommended.

We embarked into a last minute full day trip to Sintra and Cascais at the advice of our hotel. Our guide was Mr Rogerio. He was punctual, very professional, polite and discreet. He is a native of Lisbon , speaks English fluently and eloquently and has a deep knowledge of the history of the country. It was immediately obvious that Mr Rogerio is passionate about his work and also cares deeply about the well being of his customers. It was a custom made tour based on our preferences and his suggestions. The car was immaculate, his driving smooth, bottled water was provided, car temperature was perfect. We have travelled throughout the world and have had many guided tours, it is always a pleasure when at the end of the day you feel a sense of enrichment and satisfaction of a full amazing day. We will definitely return to this beautiful country and seek Rogerio's services again.

We had Paulo for 2/3 days for our trip in Lisbon and he was very patient, professional and friendly. What we really liked about him is that he was always open to share with us about his culture and very accommodating to our requests. Paulo was also very punctual and communication with him was never a problem. He was also very helpful as well! When we told him we were going to Porto next, he took the initiative to share a long list of to-do and to-go places. To top it off, his car was spacious and very clean, which made the whole journey very comfortable and relaxing - the best way to enjoy Lisbon!

Alex did everything on the tour list, in a very charming and engaging way. He added in one extra activity that was very interesting and fun. He was knowledgeable and animated, so the tour was not only educational but quite fun as well. We saw and learned a lot. And he chose a fabulous place for lunch.

We went on a fantastic tour with Tiago. He took us to visit the stunning palaces of Sintra, giving us all the history behind them. He calmly drove us through the hills of the village to a wonderful restaurant with view to the beach. We highly recommend Tiago, his way of explaning things is very easy to understand so is his english.

My friend and I used this service for a half-day trip to Sintra. It did not disappoint. Fernando picked us up promptly before our scheduled time and took us to many hidden gems in Sintra. I’m so glad that we booked our tour with 2Feel. Great customer service!! Next time I’m in Portugal I will rebook.

Alex was our driver for two days exploring Sintra, Lisbon and surrounding areas. He went over and above our expectations to ensure we experienced the best Portugal had to offer. Wonderful memories to take home and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Touring around Sintra and Cascais with Fernando as our driver was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon! Fernando was hugely knowledgable, attentive, friendly and funny. He provided a personal service without being overly familiar. It was clear that he is able to read his clients well, then tailor the tour to their needs and requirements. He took us to all the tourist places on our "must do" list to see, plus some wonderful places a little off the beaten track, which we couldn't have found simply using a map. Furthermore, he took us to an amazing seafood restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for lunch, and even booked up a fabulous restaurant for dinner for us, once the tour with him had finished. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon who wishes to see the city with a tour guide who knows the best places to go and the easiest ways to get there. When we return to Lisbon we would certainly book it up again, and would certainly request to have Fernando as our driver! Thank you Fernando and Lisbon for a truly memorable holiday!

We made a trip to Lisbon - Porto, in the company of the best driver/guide. Tiago was very polite and kind! In addition to the ideas we had in mind, thanks to his enormous knowledge, he gave us new options for stopping on the way to Porto. Not to mention the best fish meal we had in Portugal. When we return, we will choose again 2 Feel Portugal and Tiago if possible!

We had only one day to see Sintra and the surroundings and so, through our hotel, booked an all day private tour with Rogerio. I am sorry it has taken me a few to get around to writing this review, as he was the consummate gentleman tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and as polite and accommodating as a tour guide could be. His car was impeccably clean and comfortable and, in spite of horrific tourist crowds, he got us to see as much as humanly possible. I would heed the advice of others and get to Pena Palace early. We got there before it opened and with Rogerio's advice, decided to come back when it opened and hopefully avoid the long entry line. When we came back, after seeing another site nearby, there was no entry line, but INSIDE the line had multiplied so badly that, even after waiting inside for more than 90 minutes, we gave up, toured the outside, and left. Whoever manages Pena Palace needs to go to the Disney school of line management and have two or more entry points or do something. It was disheartening and frustrating. Portugal is getting way too popular, it seems. But back to the tour guide, we would highly recommend. So much better than getting on a bus or van and being at the mercy of group decisions. Had we been with a group, we would never have seen so much. And the price differential is not that much. We would go back to Portugal and use Rogerio and 2Feel Portugal again!
