Our Lisbon Private Tour was great! We were picked up by Ricardo in a beautiful late model Mercedes. We spent the entire day seeing all the popular tourist spots plus a few not so well known. Ricardo was very knowledgeable about the city and it's history. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with a desire to get an overview of Lisbon in a single day.

João was a great driver. He was on time and courteous. He was able to tell us the complete history of Lisbon and answer any questions we had. He recommended a great restaurant for lunch. It should be noted that these private tours are drivers and do not guide you around the actual sites. It’s very nice having a private driver.

We used the transfer service. Our driver was Ricardo Ceia and he was excellent! He picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the Corinthia. He gave us some suggestions for out stay and we took them! He was also our ride to the train station, where my daughter discovered she’d left her phone in his car! Before we could even contact our agent for his phone number, he was calling us to report that he was on his way back with her phone! Thank you, Ricardo!

Lux on Wheels is professional and the best. A great day of touring in Sintra. Additionally Lux on Wheels provided transportation for my wife and I from Lisbon to Porto and on another day from Porto to the far end of the Douro Valley. Every driver, guide and car exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend them.

We engaged Lux on Wheels at the suggestion of Cecelia, the concierge at our hotel in Lisbon. The driver was right n time with his very comfortable Mercedes, and we talked about Portugal, the scenery, and politics as he drove is to Sintra and then Cascais before returning us to the hotel. Reasonably priced and willing to explore places not on the official route, we really enjoyed getting to know our driver and seeing what the Portuguese countryside had to offer. Much better than boarding a mini-bus (or larger) at the hotel and being locked into an itinerary.

Everything was fabulous. Our driver was on time, he communicated with us throughout the journey to Sintra, teaching us history of the city. He was helpful, informative and the car was in beautiful shape. Will definitely be using again!

We used Lux on Wheels for a round trip transfer from Lisbon airport to a boutique hotel in Cascais, Portugal. There were 8 of us with lots of luggage. The drivers met us in the lobby of the airport. They were courteous and gave us lots of local history and information on our 30 minute ride to the hotel. On our return trip they were prompt and very helpful in arriving at the airport. This was an excellent service and I highly recommend them.

We had the most relaxing, informative and beautiful trip to Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and the Estoril coast from the superb and knowledgeable Luis at Lux On Wheels. It was a magical day with the perfect balance of history, culture, and vibrant locations sublimely executed by Luis and the team at Lux on Wheels. Luis arrived with the most delicious freshly baked pastel de Belem that we requested, to save time from standing online. He also heroically saved my sunglasses which blew off my body and over the wall down the side of the mountain at the fiercely windy Cabo da Roca. The driver was exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable guide with lots of expertise (driving, customer service, languages, history...) and he was driving very nicely and safely which is important to us. The most professional company I have had the pleasure of using. My driver Nuno was a true gentleman and most courteous man who showed a lot a passion and knowledge of Lisbon. I was picked up at the airport then given a afternoon tour around Lisbon before being dropped off at my hotel for the evening. Then the next morning Nuno picked me up and I was given a full day tour around Lisbon and Belém. There was a huge line waiting to get inside the Church of Santa Maria and while I was inside the Jerónimos Monastery, Nuno stood inline to saved me a spot which allowed more time for seeing other sites. The car was very comfortable and clean and there were bottles of water supplied for me. It was a truly wonderful day and I would highly recommend Lux on Wheels to everybody. Paulo shared the history of the region on the drive and was just a joy to spend time with. Knew the shortcuts, optimized value of my time.

We booked a trip to go to Fatima for the day and after searching everything was around €400.00.. Was a bit too much for us. I find this company who proposed the trip for €264.00 and start to talk with Diogo on WhatsApp who was very efficient and very professional. We even didn't pay online and pay the driver directly in cash. The car we had was a Mercedes-Benz very clean and new model. The driver was excellent, very professional, good driver on road, good English and 2 bottles of water in the car. We couldn't fault anything. Definitely recommended if you travel around Lisbon.

We had a wonderful day with Lux on Wheels to Sintra, Monserrate and Cascais. Our driver Joaquim was extremely knowledgeable and very relaxed. Nothing was rushed which made our day seamless. A big highlight was lunch at Meste Ze by the sea. Lux on Wheels are a very professional organisation of which we will absolutely use again. He was incredibly informative on our trip, so much so we booked him for a second day after we did the first day! We were in Portugal for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide!
