- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- For International flights the driver will be waiting by the information desk holding a sign with the passengers name 30 minutes after the flight has landed. The driver will then wait a further 1 hour before leaving the airport. That is a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the flight has landed. If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, surcharges will apply.
- For european and local flights the driver will be by the information desk 15 minutes after the flight has landed and will wait a further 1 hour. If your flight is delayed more than 1 hour, surcharges will apply.
- When arriving into Lisbon on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land
- Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle
- Most travelers can participate
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

On arriving in Lisbon, we tried to confirm the tour by getting our hotel to ring. The contact phone number was turned off. We arrived at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before our tour. The guide did not turn up. We tried to call the number again but it was still turned off. We stayed at the meeting point for an hour in case the guide was delayed. No one appeared. He has many tips and tricks for navigating this most hilly of cities and is well -versed in the history and culture.we recommend hiring him in your adventure so you can take full advantage of his knowledge.even I was late 1hour and when I informed him that was no problem for Ammar..he is generous and easy-going spirit, very helpful,and very very kind . After booking I realized the meet up destination only listed “Lisbon”. My representative and I both reached out to the tour operator numerous times to confirm meet up location, those emails went unanswered. The telephone line listed was a non working number. I ended up taking a Sandelmans tour- first I took their free walking tour. My guide Jorge was so informative and good that I signed up for another tour of Alfama for the afternoon. We book a van for us and out bicycle. Get to the airport.... no van, small car?? They took the money for a van.. but wanted to transfer us in a small car??? Hallo??? Then they said, we give your money back you get your own van from outside, ask the taxis.

They paid for normal car not for a van . I still request to wait because van was not available. But they started to shout .they were running to call police while I was trying to solve their problems.and they were not ready to wait . So I advised for taking taxi and I was ready to give money back.
