Cancelled our driver 30-mins before pick-up time. On arrival, e were promised a 16-seater bus and they turned up with two vehicles and said they no longer had it available - although they were happy to charge us for the full price still. On the way back to the airport they called 30 mins before we were due to be picked up and said they had a problem so they could no longer collect us, leaving 14 ladies with their cases on the side of the road, luckily Lisbon is a popular destination so we could get Ubers. Absolutely do not recommend this company.

I booked this company to pick us up at the airport but they didn't turn up. The other taxi firms at the airport said that as the drivers had not been paid then no taxi would arrive. We had to pay again to get into Lisbon. Very disappointed.

The worst experience arriving to Lisbon. We had 4 adults and 4 children booked on a pre-booked taxi and arranged by BA. Upon arrival (after they had taken us away from the airport office) at the taxi they then say we had to pay €10 euros IN CASH for the children to have boosters (even though this is not the law in Portugal- we checked). Once we argued that everything was paid for they said that actually it was for the driver. The children were completely distressed by their refusal to resolve the situation. We then called their “manager” and we asked to pay by card or get a refund they refused. They also refused to give us receipt of the purchase in advance. We finally called BA’s emergency number and they mentioned this is categorically not policy and to not get in the car. They tried to threaten and say Uber would refuse to take us but this was not the case as we got Ubers with the children safely.

Timely, professional… Got us in on time. Wonderful trip. Car was spotless. The ride was beautiful and didnt realize how close the airport was!

I booked Lane Bus to provide airport transfers in Lisbon. They were excellent. The vehicles arrived promptly, the drivers were safe on the road, cheerful, and helpful with moving seats to load luggage (large bike boxes). We received text messages before each journey checking and confirming flight details and addresses, which was reassuring. All staff we dealt with spoke English (and the airport greeting staff spoke French too). All-in-all, very impressive and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We booked via Booking.com for late night transfer from Lisbon airport to a town centre apartment. LaneBus have a rep at the barrier after the Airport Arrivals exit with passenger names on sheets of paper. The rep then calls your driver, and escorts you to your car. We arrived at the same time as 4 other clients, so we all walked out together and the rep made sure we each got the right driver & destination. Driver was friendly & helpful - and kindly waited until we got into the apartment to make sure all OK. Really good service, great value and made for a nice & easy arrival.

We loved António Santos. He was professional, knowledgeable and a great character. Hope to see him soon again.

After some confusion between the Booking company and Lanebus, which made the driver arrive a bit later, I was very impressed form the service is given by Lanebus, a very professional driver very helpful and courteous, lovely smooth ride with a great quality vehicle. On the day of the return trip, I have received all the information indicating where the driver was and how long would be to reach me, what a WONDERFUL service. I have no issues with booking or recommend Lanebus.

Booked via Ridgeway's (who are excellent by the way). Arrived at the airport from a long flight and was expecting meet and greet. My name was sellotaped to a barrier along with 10 other names. The young lady said that the driver is on his way, be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later myself and others that were expecting a better service were getting agitated. Finally led out of terminal to wait another ten minutes for the driver to turn up. On the return journey, received a call to say that the driver will be late. No problem as left enough time. However, the driving was stressful, dangerous and left my wife and I scared that we would have an accident. There was speeding, under taking, tooting people on a single road to move out of his way (they had no where to go!!). Awful driving, the worst in have had from many years of airport transfers. Will NOT recommend and will not use this company again.

This tour was absolutely outstanding. The visit to Fatima was very spiritual and moving. Nazare was a beautiful ocean side location and Obidos is a must see. Our guide António was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the small group tour option!

The driver just didn't show up. Call the 2 numbers that I recieved from them, no answer on both numbers. Terrible service and not worth to book them!

They were fine. We found them out side the arrival terminal with many other transportation companies, our name was on the railing of the exit ramp. The only issue was we were dropped off about a 10 minute walk from our cruise dock. They dropped us off at the old terminal not the new one, this made it a bit difficult with the luggage..

Awful service, I was expecting to see my name on a board as I exited the security gate, instead I ended up doing laps of the terminal for an hour in an attempt to find my driver. I called the number, no answer, I sent them an instant message, no answer. I had to pay for a taxi in the end which by the way, is the same price I had agreed for this meet and greet service. Don’t be fooled by the ‘prices start from £5’ either, as soon as you put the date in it jumps up to £25+ Still chasing a refund and / or a response from this company. Avoid at all costs!!
