We thoroughly enjoyed our Revelation Tour with Hugo. He was very friendly and informative on Portugal and the neighborhoods we covered.

We had a great tour today guided by Filipa. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and the areas covered. I would highly recommend Lisbon Walkers and Filipa.

Fascinating subject never knew about Portuguese politics in this era. It was bought alive for us.Salazar the dictator actions were hard to believe how he handled both England and germanys leaders to his advantage. Our guide explained with many interesting stories about life during those times.

My husband and I really enjoyed our two and a half hour tour of the Old Town with Hugo. It was an excellent introduction to Lisbon, and Hugo had so many interesting things to tell us about the history of the city and the country generally. Thank you, Hugo, we enjoyed every minute!

Hugo was a great tour guide! We only had 5 of us total so it was very nice to be in small group and get to hear everything Hugo had to say. Good overall history of the city and I would recommend it as a way to start your trip and get your bearings of the city.

José, our guide, was very knowledgeable and kept a steady and gentle pace with lots of interesting stories about Lisbon during the second world war and its context in the Portuguese fascist regime. We had a great afternoon learning loads of interest details and curiosities about Lisbon and Portugal at the time.

We took the Lisbon Old Town Tour on 5/9/24 with Olivia. We really enjoyed it. It was a small group of 8 which was really nice. The tour was very informative and engaging. I would highly recommend.

Our tour guide, Filipa, was, in a word, excellent. Filipa really knew her Portugese and Lisbon history. The 2 and 1/2 hours flew by. Very informative and interesting description of an insider's view on Portugal 's history. Highly recommended.

The Lisbon City of Spies tour was fascinating and informative. We knew something about the topic beforehand. However, our tour guide shared a wealth of stories and history. He was friendly, professional and enthusiastic. The tour was a highlight of our Lisbon trip.

Our tour guide Alex was great and so well informed. We enjoyed getting a deep dive into the history of the neighborhoods and city. The three hours flew by.

The starting point was a little challenging for us to find. You get an email with the contact information for the guide so we were able to find them. It was a little hard to hear the guide at times, but that's what happens when you are walking around a busy city! The tour covers how Portugal was able to remain neutral during the war, why there was so much spy activity in Lisbon, and information about a few well-known spies.
