João Carlos met me at the meeting point as planned. Messaged me in advance that morning before I had even gotten on the plane in Dublin. Brought to his car, and despite the very poor weather on arrival in Lisbon, he brought me across the city with ease.

Our driver, Rui Justi, was wonderful. Great communications both before we arrived and while we were slogging through a long delay getting through customs and collecting our luggage. He was very polite and helpful all along, and went out of his way to help carry our bags across the plaza to our accommodations instead of just unloading at the curb.
