Taxi to airport didn’t turn up at the time we booked 4.20am to take us to Lisbon airport. Had to rebook another taxi. Asked for our fare back as we had paid upfront through Hoppa but wouldn’t return it to ourselves.

I planned the Fado dinner experience for my husband’s birthday which we were celebrating in Lisbon. Our evening started out very nice. Our driver arrived on time and took us for a ride through the city center and to the river. At the restaurant, the service, Fado musicians and food were all great. The reason for only 3 stars is due to the fact that the tour operator “BeDriven” did not coordinate with the restaurant to let them know we paid in advance for the dinner. The restaurant had absolutely no record, even with our confirmation email, event ticket through Trip Advisor/Viator including the booking reference number. Our driver came in to help us and the restaurant deducted a significant portion of our bill. However, the whole ordeal was extremely embarrassing and overshadowed what would have been a very enjoyable evening. I would avoid this particular tour operator in the future and seek out a more reliable one. 5 stars for our driver, venue and musicians, 1 star for the tour operator.

Stay away from this company. We booked and paid transportation from our apartment to airport and no one showed up! It was an early morning flight and we could've missed it because od how irresponsible this company is!

The booked driver wasn't at the meeting point We tried to contact him but he wasn't answering calls, texts or WhatsApps so we joined the normal taxi queue Terrible service - never use them again

We did NOT get to go...booked through Viator and Viator cancelled our trip twice. Didn't care one bit! Here is the full story on our Portugal tours through Viator. A group of 12 went to Portugal and booked various tours through Viator. The first tour to Sintra, Regaleira and Pena Palace went great...had a fantastic tour guide who stayed with us the entire time. The next tour was a Douro River Boat Trip which was fun, but about 2 hours too long...also the "wine tasting" event was very poor...one small glass of Port and that was it! The Obidos, Nazare, Batalha & Fatima tour was ok - but the tour guide was a joke. She spoke a little on the bus and then when we got to the places, she did not get off the bus to guide us...we were on our own to figure things out. The final tour was supposed to be the Templar Knights...Viator cancelled on us the night before we were to fly out. It took our travel agent HOURS to find another tour only for the second tour to be canceled on us the day before the tour. Viator did not care about it at all. Very disappointing.

The Fatima day tour by Mr DaSilva was GREAT! He’s not only very resourceful but also extremely patient and helpful. We really enjoyed his leading our tour. We three all give him BIG Thumbs up!!!

This tour cancelled on us at the last minute without a reason. This cancellation left us with a very bad experience. Do NOT take this tour!

Great trip! Jean our guide is friendly and a pleasure to go on tour with. We appreciate the fact that he picked us up from our hotel (and sent as back, after the tour)

We have just returned from beautiful Lisbon, where we were so fortunate to have booked two (full day private tours) one of which was Tomar. Sonia our driver and tour guide for both tours was so kind, caring, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She had a warm engaging personality. We visited the amazing Almoroul Templar Castle, Tomar town centre, Church of St. John, Synagogue, Christ convent (a must see on your itinerary) and Church of St. Mary. Sonia had all the tours timed to perfection and everything was so well organised with no time being wasted. We loved sharing our time with Sonia and we have wonderful memories forever of the beautiful sights and having Sonia's company was an added bonus. Thank you so much Sonia for making our holiday so very special and for all the wonderful photos you took and your patience and consideration in my running in and out of the shops!!! I cannot say anything positive about this company. They cancelled the tour at 5pm the day prior to our scheduled activity and did not give us a way to contact or communicate with them or find another tour. This tour was for 6 people who planned a special day around this tour and BeDriven totally let us down. It was very upsetting and disappointing. As a travel agent, I will never use them again.

Gustavo guided us through these beautiful villages and shared the history and significance of these lovely places. Do not be misled by my lack of poetic prose, he wove a narrative of these places and this remarkable country that left me wanting to learn more. As a seasoned traveler, I highly recommend this tour and Gustavo.

Train strike cancels express trains first without any notice leaving passengers running from platform back to queue at ticket counter with no help or consideration from staff making it impossible to rebook for next train. Use Flixbus or Rede Expressos bus instead, more reliable & cost effective with new bus station in Porto.

I had a great time doing this tour. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable. the wine tasting was delicious. We were delighted with the tastings, views and the way that the staff did everything to feel like at home.

Very intimist dinner while ear Fado! An amazing evening. The driver was puntually and took us to very nice places before dinner.

Excellent tour guide! Joaquin gave us a very personalized tour of the castles and was truly fun to be around. Highly recommend a private tour like this if you can!
