- _missnxk0 contributionsAVOID. ITS A SCAMBooked this trip and was really looking forward to it. Read some mixed reviews about not being collected and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Got a notification a few days after booking to confirm time will be collected and location. Waited for over 45 minutes but no one arrived or sent us a message to say they were running late ect. Messaged them on two occasions whilst waiting but nothing. Raised a refund and was initially told I would not be getting a refund with no explanation. Queried why this was and they said the driver was told to wait until 6.56am. After threatening to go via my bank to get the funds back and leave a negative review, they have refunded me. AVOID. - Departure681725676760 contributionsDO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLEIf I could give no stars I would Luckily they did pick us up and didn't get us to our flight home which was a plus. BUT landed in cancun airport after a very long flight we got to the taxi bit where they hold a board with my name had to wait there for over 40 mins...for then the taxi to pull up..he then told us to get in the taxi he would load our cases which normally I would stay outside to make sure they all get put in..but he was constantly saying get in..so we did went to our hotel got out and guess what they left our case on the curb at the airport..they were completely useless in helping finding it..we then 2 days later after getting in touch with lost and found at cancun airport OURSELVES we had to take an ubar back to the airport to get it..they were constantly saying there no case there and it was our fault and we never had the missing suitcase with us from the start WHICH WE KNOW WE DID DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! HONESTLY PLEASE GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE !!!!Written September 2, 2024

Presume some trips do actually happen, however, in our case, the car just didn't show up, and then after talking 45min on the phone with them (after booking separate taxi to actually being us from A to B) they said they can't do anything and they can't refund us. Spare yourself your time and money and don't use them and book via your hotel.Written August 27, 2024

We landed in Barcelona on Terminal 1 but the instruction said that we have to take a free bus and go to terminal 2 what we did. In there, they heck us in and left waiting and standing in full sun, without any shade or bench for an hour. The bus went back to Terminal 1 to collect more people so we just wasted already 2h. The journey took in total over 4h while the drive from the airport to our hotel is 1h. Additionally, the bus is blowing boiling hot air from the radiators under the windows making the journey unbearable. I strongly recommend to take a taxi to save plenty of time from your previous holiday and lots of hassle.Written August 19, 2024

- 920weetee0 contributionsLate Airport transfer rude help lineThis company is absolutely shocking had to phone help line as transfer was 10 mins late for her to tell me she will contact driver and call back phoned again 5 mins later said she was just calling him! Then got a call to say can’t contact the driver and to wait. Then another call to say he would be 5 mins transfer now 30 mins late I started to complain on the phone saying this is a joke airport transfers should not be late! - Tim L0 contributionsAvoid - did not pick up for transfer to airport and offered no help to get to there despite accepting it was their faultTerrible - got to pick up location 20 mins early. Watched coach on the app, came close to us before heading away , did not come to pick up location. Called the helpline, was cut off and then hung up on . I was left with no choice but to use an expensive taxi. Luckily we made our flight . Call handler said coach did not come to our location but there was no further help - just get a local bus or taxi. Will now start the long process of trying to get a refund for the cost. Avoid using MTS, they are not reliableWritten July 4, 2024

The transfer also picked us up at the exact time in the exact spot that they said it would and the driver was very helpful loading the bags.Written June 5, 2024

She took us away from crowded areas and into places less travelled. Her English was great. She made the private tour so enjoyable. A great treat.
